Has anyone out there seen this movie?? (since this board seems to be into movie reviews). I loved it. Hilarious, and at the same time frighteningly scary. What this gentelman did to himself on that diet is frightening. It is rare I attend a movie where the audience applauds after the showing. They did at this one. Morgan Spurlock (the narrator and 'guinea pig' in the movie) reminds me a little of Michael Moore. He pokes fun at himself and the American public. A must see.

yes! I loved this movie so much. Since I saw it, i've like 10 pounds. I used to eat at all those fast food resturants and I was totally shocked at how much crap goes into that stuff. It was appalling. I think the movie was really well done and I think everyone should see it.

I loved this movie. I had to watch it for Health class last year and I thought it would be one of those boring movies...since pratically every movie they use in school....are boring. This movie, I actually stayed awake for XD. I'm so glad I barely eat fast food lol....and now that's its disgusting with those "artificial" ingredients....I'm making sure I never eat fast food again lol. Except Subway......I love Subway XD.

This movie sure made my parents start to eat healthier, but I'm not one for eating fast food. In fact I think it's disgusting... I actually eat very healthy and am a semi vegeterian; but this movie really brought out some good facts. Perhaps if we didn't have fast food or artifical ingredients our country wouldn't be so fat.

hmm...it's not so much eating fast food that grosses me out(even though that stuff is disgusting), but it's the fact that people don't even exercise a lot and they blame it on this stuff. Well if you want to eat this stuff...then do some exercise. Hell...even walk around the block if you have to...
For the record...that court case in which the two people sued Mcdonalds for making them obese....is ridiculous. We all know that fast food is very unhealthy......why don't they blame it on themselves that they don't do enough exercise...or eat Mcdonalds less....

I think one interesting thing is that a person can eat fast food, but they actually have to exercise. The problem with fast food is that it doesn't really provide you with any sort of energy for any substancial amount of time. So of course after eating the BK value meal you're going to feel lethargic.
I still like a good pizza now and then, but due to certain issues I have to avoid eating fat. You know that feeling you get when you're hungry and your stomach's growling? Yeah, that's how I feel most of the day. Thankfully after avoiding fat for the past few months I've lost some weight. (10 - 20 lbs give or take.)
Oh as for the movie? I haven't watched it yet. Somehow I doubt the movie would make me stop eating fast food all together.

I saw it two years ago too. It was very interesting to see that he gained 7% body fat after eating Macdonald's for a month! that's crazy!
Now I'm more conscious of what I eat and I'm more aware of the side effects of eating macdonald's so often! Now I've cut down my amount of Macdonald's meals and now just the thought of fries makes me sick.

Lol yesterday my dad dropped me off at Mcdonalds and gave me some money to buy some food to eat there, while I was waiting for my brother to come and get me so we could see the musical "Spamalot" on Broadway. I didn't even use the money, just texted on my cell phone the whole time while I was there. I was never a big fan of Fast Food and seeing this movie really made me glad that i'm not. I'm semi-vegetarian....the only meat I eat is fish....i love fish....

Yeah I'm a semi-vegetarian also, I only eat Chicken. It just amazes me how people can eat all this not knowing what it does to their own body. Especially with all that greasy they use; it gres straight to your arteries and cloggs them. Glad I don't eat fast food; but it's actually a good thing. I haven't had a hamburger in four years; and I don't crave it one bit.
But the movie also entails about the extra stuff they put into our foods that isn't healthy. In fact it makes the liver work twice as hard to get rid of it.

i think the part near the end grossed me out....His experiments with the hamburgers in two different jar. He got one hamburger from a restaurant and another one from Mcdonalds....and the Mcdonald one came out to be reallllly disgusting than the restaurant one.....uggghh...that's what it looks like sitting in your stomach......

yeah, I unfortunately, have had to watch this movie 3 times this past school year in home ec, health, and computer app (<<don't ask, the teacher wasn't there that day... ) Lol, but the only part I actually liked about it was the AWESOME song that played on it that went "rock and roll mcdonalds, rock and roll mcdonalds...etc etc" it made me laugh so hard and now me and my friends have made it into an inside joke
