I did! Hey, it was a momentous event to behold. I was an xf lovely woman. That was my show... but I agree, the last two seasons (8&9) lacked a certain "x-filey-ness" that I loved so much and that had become a staple for the previous 7 seasons. I still stick by my earlier sentiments that it should have ended in the end of season 7. *shrug* oh well, as long as we got M&S in the end. My world makes sense. I am still awaiting the second XF movie which has been "in the making" for the past 5 years. I think the delay has something to do with money (doesn't everything?) but I will be ready to watch it whenever they finally get around to making it.

I counted the kiss 14 seconds in the finale, that was one of the best scenes.

I know! I heard that the other day! I was on a high for the remainder of the day. WOOOT!!
Just out of curiosity.....anyone got a fave ep of all time?
Mine would have to be The Post Modern Prometheus........it was just sooooo sweet and perfect....it was honestly a really nice ep to watch. I can't help but grin at the end....everytime I watch it.
And Bad Blood second, just for the pure stupidity of it all. I was in stitches for the entire episode....Hill-freaking-arious.
Anyone else care to share?

All I have to say is that they better do the movie now, the actors aren't getting any older. I doubt there will be, since they have been saying that for awhile now.
My favorite X-files episodes are
1. Bad Blood 2. The truth( they kiss for 12 seconds) 3. The sixth extinction; Amor Fati 4. The end( they hold each other) 5. Acardia 6. Home 7. Requiem 8. Orison

@lee- I liked how the whole storyline was how Mulder's was quite different from Scully's.

hi! I just wanted to introduce myself (again) as another (former) x-file fan. I watched it religiously until DD left then the show kinda went a little sour. To their credit they tried to make up for it in the finale but still, something was lost.
Anyway, I noticed people naming fav episodes - mine would have to be:
1) Small Potatoes 2) The Host 3) Tooms 4) Memento Mori 5) 6th Extinction Pt2: Amor Fati 6) Redux II 7) Pusher 8) Irresistible 9) Existence 10) Triangle
Actually you know what there are too many to name.
I also loved Bad Blood... "Who's the private dick that gets all the chicks.. SHAFT!" ;D

Afterwards, I like how Mulder says' I did not' followed by Scully's priceless look . How about the episode Triangle?? LOL yeah and I loved in "Bad Blood" - "I WAS DRUGGED!!" lmao. Triangle just made my entire jaw hit the ground! I was so shocked that Mulder actually said 'I love you'. Acutally no.. you know what I was more shocked at? The fact that Chris Carter LET Mulder say "I love you." It floored me since he was so adamant about their "platonic" relationship. Anyway, cute episode and very well filmed with the continuous camera shot. That would've been hard to do.

Hi everyone ! I really like X-Files too, but it's hard to choose the best episodes. I'd say "Clyde Bruckman's final repose", "Bad blood", "Memento mori", "Never again", "Requiem"... I saw "X-Cops" again recently and it cracked me up, with Scully trying to hide from the cameras and all... ;D

Monday was very good ! What do you think of "Arcadia" ? Mulder and Scully going undercover as a married couple, Mulder in a pink shirt, "Let's get it on honey"... What's not to love ?

Loved that line!! Tho, personally I think they should have played on the 'playing house' thing a little more. Would have made it a lot more funny. And LII2 - I do believe you are talking about Dreamland I & II. Two of my faves. The whole dancing in the mirror scene? Freaking hilaroius!! And the waterbed? Kinda made me wish I didnt get rid of mine.

Dreamland I & II are two of my faves, too, Lee! Sigh, I have so many favourites...Pusher, Jose Chung's From Outer Space, Clyde Bruckman's Final Repose, Irresistable, Humbug, Memento Mori, Small Potatoes (right up there in the top five for sure), Post-Modern Prometheus, Bad Blood, Triangle, I can't think of any others off the top of my head but I know there are many more...such a good show...
