The body of a prostitute is found with a note listing 27 other vicious killings from the 70's, and the promise that the return of the killer will be even more fearful and violent, Lilly and her mentors must rush to find out all they can before the infamous phantom murders once more. (I know the similarities to "Useless Cats", but I will try very hard to give it much variety.)
