I know this is more than likely somewhere on this site, but I am tired of looking. Can someone explain or direct me to an explanation of the various names individuals are given. Some are Chief, others are Desk Clerk and what you need to do to move up etc etc. Thanks a bunch ;D

Can't help noticing there are new ranks now. Are you still just assigning them based on the number of posts? I like the one you chose for Irishkale. Very, very appropiate.

Yes, the number of posts do still determine the ranks, however, occasionally members are given special titles like Irishkale for all the wonderful media content he puts together for us.

These are the current member rankings. I changed them the last week of June: Member RankingsNote: "Detective" is 5 gray stars not green Lieutenant = Moderator Captain = Global Moderator Chief = Administrator Irishkale has received the highest rank we could possibly give him for all his work here from the beginning of this board. That's why he has 5 red stars the same as the admins and a custom title rank in addition. I'm still looking into member rankings and custom titles post v4 upgrade. ~Naj

Is it,like, possible to go up in rank to eventually be a moderator? No, the moderators are not part of the ranking system. You would need to be invited (as I was honoured to be myself just last year) to become a moderator.

What do all the colours from the names mean? Kathrynfan has got a darkblue bold name. Naj a lightblue name. RichE and Eurache have got a red italic name. Irishkale has got a green name. And some people have just a normal name..

oh. is just a general staff member included in member ranking...? I think once you look at titles that aren't police related they are in the category of moderators.
