Kathryn's birthday is January 29th
On what short-lived 90's police show did both John Finn and Jeremy Ratchford guest star?
A bit of trivia: This tv show also was on CBS. John's character was recurring, Jeremy's was not. They did not appear in an episode together though.

After consulting IMDB, I think the answer is Philly. Am I right Ryebeach?
If so, here's my question:
There's an actress that had a recurring role on the same show and also stared in another 90s show with Kathryn Morris. What was the show?

After consulting IMDB, I think the answer is Philly. Am I right Ryebeach? Sorry TVFan, it's not Philly, however Steven Bochco, who executive produced Philly also executive produced the Brooklyn, New York based show I'm thinking of. Hint: In one of the six clues I have given you, I have said the first word of the two-word name of the show.
