Hello boys and girls! Hey there, it's the Byrdman coming at you on this rocking Thursday - I hope that you all are well and that your weeks are winding down smoothly. Hey, I wanted to let you know about the next step in our "Keep Cold Case on the air" campaign! On Tuesday, March 23, we will be organizing an email day to CBS to praise our love for Cold Case to CBS and to show them that we want an 8th Season! Here is a link to the feedback form: CBS Feedback FormWhen you get there, please select the dropdown to the right of "Regarding:" and select Cold Case from the list. Then right under that, you can select next to Message Type: either "Comment" or "Request" - either will work. Fill out your name and email address, and then in the text box on the right please fill out why you love Cold Case so, and that you would love to see an 8th season! We're talking directly to the network here, so please be respectful. You can also point out things about how Cold Case got in the Nielsen Top 20s several times over this season (and just last week also!) and that you watch every week! You guys also might try to compose some snail mail letters to CBS personnel that I have listed on my CBS.com post for CC Fans Support Season 8! Okay, I just emailed Mike Ausiello. I don't know if he will respond. Here's the question: Any good news for CBS Cold Case Fans? There is another effort coming out of the various fan web sites for this series for another season request. Should fans expect the Sunday evening 10 pm time slot as a harbinger of bad news for this drama?

Hi Kassandra and Naj! Hey, girls! Thanks so much for keeping up with Tweets and notifying everyone! And thanks so much for asking Ausiello, Naj! You girls rock!  It feels like we are really getting the word out - I guess that we have to at this time to keep all the fans in the loop and part of the effort. Let's keep those high hopes girls! Also, wanted to let you girls know (I'm not sure how exactly to handle or organize this), but I sent a snail mail letter to Nina Tassler at CBS today asking for an 8th season. I figured that an extra letter could not hurt. I have just been asking people to send one if they have the chance to, but it would be very beneficial to if we could do that. I have no idea how to organize such an effort though - any ideas, girls? I'll be in touch over PM shortly, Naj! Take care, girl! |

100 fans on the 'Save Cold Case' page Does anyone actually think this will work? I'm kinda convinced that CBS is done with it. I was kinda hoping for TNT to pick it up, but I know nothing about American channels, so can someone let me know if there a chance of TNT picking it up? |

It works to the extent on how many fans you reach, how it is presented and "worked", colloboration between fan sites .... and then if fans will actually respond. If fans don't respond then there's not much anyone can do. I don't know if all of the places listed on this entire thread were sent formal announcement letters to the site owners - that was suppose to be "just a start". That's a big part of it and getting those sites on board and the word out. You'd have to ask Byrdman. Look Again is doing our part the best we can to make announcements here.

I have some bad news  A girl on Facebook who's dad works on Cold Case, 2 days ago posted that they were packing up everything and saying goodbye. Now, I don't know if this is true or not, and I wouldn't really believe everything she says, and I have troubles get anything out of her seeing she doesn't answer messages, but if this is true, it's a shame. So nothing official, but just thought I'd let everyone know. |
