Lilly looked up and saw the man. She turned to Scotty rasing her eyebrows. She slowly walked up to him, looking into his eyes.
"Can I help you?" she asked.
Suddenly the man pounced on her, making her fall to the ground, the man on top of her, throwing punches to her face. She yelped feeling pain spread through her body.

One day, in the squad room a strange man showed up, his eyes were cold, he just stood there in the middle of the squad room without saying a word.
Lilly looked up and saw the man. She turned to Scotty rasing her eyebrows. She slowly walked up to him, looking into his eyes.
"Can I help you?" she asked.
Suddenly the man pounced on her, making her fall to the ground, the man on top of her, throwing punches to her face. She yelped feeling pain spread through her body.
Even though he didn't look muscular, the adrenaline in his blood made him unstoppable.Iit took Scotty, Nick, Stillman and two other detectives to restrain the man. Unfortunately damage was already done. Jeffries immidiately called for paramedics, while Kat bend over Lilly trying to wipe the blood away. Lilly's nose was broken and bleeding badly causing her white blouse to become soaked with red. She shivered not only from pain but from fright that overtook her conciousness.

Slowly he walked over to the bed and sat down on it, taking her hand in his.
"God Lil, you scared the hell outta me." Scotty whispered, tears running down his face.

"The guy...his daughter was murdered a few years back. Apparently you reminded him of the girl he reckons did it."

"You're going to be sorry." he whispered, making Lilly shiver.
He stood up and grabbed Lilly by the neck. He pushed her down onto the carpet, choking her and banging her head into the floor. Lilly tried to catch her breath but couldn't. His hands grasped her neck. Finally Lilly heard the door open and heard Scotty's voice. The hands around her neck were gone and she was being held. She opened her eyes and saw Scott holding her.

Lilly instantly reached up and kissed him. His lips were hard at first, like he was about to rip apart. However after he realised what was happening, his lis softened as he returned her kiss. He layed her onto the ground, deepening the kiss.
After a few minutes Scotty rolled over and layed next to her.
"Wow." he whispered.
Lilly giggled, rolling over and lying on his chest. "You let him go."
"Don't worry, we'll find him." Scotty soothed, running his hands through her hair.

"Call me when you get out" Scotty said, before leaving. about an hour later, Lilly was in Scotty's car, putting her stuff in the car. he dropped her off, and she went inside. she had about 2 hours alone, so she decided to look around, when someone knocked on the door. she walked over and opened it.
She was shocked to see the man who had pounced on her there. Lilly thought he was being watched. The man pulled out a gun and pointed it at her head.
"SIT DOWN!" he yelled.
Lilly was too frightened to not do what he said. She sat down and wished Scotty had stayed with her. The man sat next to her placing his hand on her thigh.
"You're going to be sorry." he whispered, making Lilly shiver.
He stood up and grabbed Lilly by the neck. He pushed her down onto the carpet, choking her and banging her head into the floor. Lilly tried to catch her breath but couldn't. His hands grasped her neck. Finally Lilly heard the door open and heard Scotty's voice. The hands around her neck were gone and she was being held. She opened her eyes and saw Scott holding her.
The man was on the floor, breathing deeply
"Get, out" Scotty growled
The man ran, and Scotty looked at Lilly
"You okay?" he asked
"yeah, I'm okay"
"If I was here, he wouldn't have been" He mumbled
"Scotty, I'm fine, really"
Scotty stared at Lilly, still in his arms. he stared in her eyes, wondering what to do. Lilly wanted him to keep holding her, to kiss her.
Lilly instantly reached up and kissed him. His lips were hard at first, like he was about to rip apart. However after he realised what was happening, his lis softened as he returned her kiss. He layed her onto the ground, deepening the kiss.
After a few minutes Scotty rolled over and layed next to her.
"Wow." he whispered.
Lilly giggled, rolling over and lying on his chest. "You let him go."
"Don't worry, we'll find him." Scotty soothed, running his hands through her hair.
Lilly smiled, not wanting him to leave. but boss called and told Scotty to go to a possible lead. He reluctantly left, leaving Lilly alone. she touched her lips and smiled before flopping on Scottys couch. she grabbed the blanket from her bag, put it over her, and started to sleepily drift away.
Lilly dreamt of the man who attacked her. She awoke from the nightmare with a jolt, screaming as she opened her eyes. Once she had calmed down she decided to go for a walk. She knew it was risky, but she needed air.
As she opened the door, on the doorsteps there were red roses. She stared at them wondering if they were from Scotty or her attacker. Slowly she reached down for the note.

One day, in the squad room a strange man showed up, his eyes were cold, he just stood there in the middle of the squad room without saying a word.
Lilly looked up and saw the man. She turned to Scotty rasing her eyebrows. She slowly walked up to him, looking into his eyes.
"Can I help you?" she asked.
Suddenly the man pounced on her, making her fall to the ground, the man on top of her, throwing punches to her face. She yelped feeling pain spread through her body.
Even though he didn't look muscular, the adrenaline in his blood made him unstoppable.Iit took Scotty, Nick, Stillman and two other detectives to restrain the man. Unfortunately damage was already done. Jeffries immidiately called for paramedics, while Kat bend over Lilly trying to wipe the blood away. Lilly's nose was broken and bleeding badly causing her white blouse to become soaked with red. She shivered not only from pain but from fright that overtook her conciousness.
When Lilly had awoken in the hospital, the pain had subsided due to the heavy medication she was on. Her eyes felt like they were stuck together and took minutes to open. When she had finally opened them, she looked over to see Scotty sitting at the window and looking at her. Her heart warmed as she saw the love and hurt un his eyes. Slowly he walked over to the bed and sat down on it, taking her hand in his.
"God Lil, you scared the hell outta me." Scotty whispered, tears running down his face.
"Sorry."
"The guy...his daughter was murdered a few years back. Apparently you reminded him of the girl he reckons did it."
"Then before he comes back, lets find out who did" Lilly said
"don't press charges"

Lilly started to get up, but Scotty pushed her gently till she lated down again.
"Where do you think you're going?" he asked.
"To work."
"No you ain't. You're staying here."
"Scotty, I'm fine."
"No you ain't. You need looking after." Scotty whispered.

"How 'bout you come stay wit' me?"
"With you?" Lilly asked stunned.

"Uh...Okay." Lilly replied feeling a rush of happiness spread through her body.

Lilly was sitting on the couch waiting for Scotty. She was thinking he had stood her up untill a knock at the door changed her mind. She slowly walked to the door, hoping she hadn't gone overboard with her appearance. She opened the door to see Scotty in his work clothes.
"Hey." She whispered.
"Give me 5 minutes to get ready." Scotty pushed past her, stopping when he realised he hadn't seen what she was wearing. He turned and looked her up and down.
"Holy...Crap. You look HOT!"
"Yeah?"
"Hell Yeah. You sure you wanna go out tonight? We could stay here?" Scotty asked.
"Go get ready." Lilly mumbled, giggling as he darted out of the room.

Lilly froze. She couldn't believe he had ever loved her. "You felt that way?"
"Lil, I've felt that way for a long time." Scotty stood up offering her his hand. "Wanna dance?"

Lilly looked up and saw the man. She turned to Scotty rasing her eyebrows. She slowly walked up to him, looking into his eyes.
"Can I help you?" she asked.
Suddenly the man pounced on her, making her fall to the ground, the man on top of her, throwing punches to her face. She yelped feeling pain spread through her body.
Even though he didn't look muscular, the adrenaline in his blood made him unstoppable.Iit took Scotty, Nick, Stillman and two other detectives to restrain the man. Unfortunately damage was already done. Jeffries immidiately called for paramedics, while Kat bend over Lilly trying to wipe the blood away. Lilly's nose was broken and bleeding badly causing her white blouse to become soaked with red. She shivered not only from pain but from fright that overtook her conciousness.
When Lilly had awoken in the hospital, the pain had subsided due to the heavy medication she was on. Her eyes felt like they were stuck together and took minutes to open. When she had finally opened them, she looked over to see Scotty sitting at the window and looking at her. Her heart warmed as she saw the love and hurt un his eyes. Slowly he walked over to the bed and sat down on it, taking her hand in his.
"God Lil, you scared the hell outta me." Scotty whispered, tears running down his face.
"Sorry."
"The guy...his daughter was murdered a few years back. Apparently you reminded him of the girl he reckons did it."
"Then before he comes back, lets find out who did" Lilly said
"don't press charges"
"nope"
"Okay"
Lilly started to get up, but Scotty pushed her gently till she lated down again.
"Where do you think you're going?" he asked.
"To work."
"No you ain't. You're staying here."
"Scotty, I'm fine."
"No you ain't. You need looking after." Scotty whispered.
"Well not here I don't."
"How 'bout you come stay wit' me?"
"With you?" Lilly asked stunned.
"Yeah, I can keep you safe."
"Uh...Okay." Lilly replied feeling a rush of happiness spread through her body.
"Call me when you get out" Scotty said, before leaving. about an hour later, Lilly was in Scotty's car, putting her stuff in the car. he dropped her off, and she went inside. she had about 2 hours alone, so she decided to look around, when someone knocked on the door. she walked over and opened it.
She was shocked to see the man who had pounced on her there. Lilly thought he was being watched. The man pulled out a gun and pointed it at her head.
"SIT DOWN!" he yelled.
Lilly was too frightened to not do what he said. She sat down and wished Scotty had stayed with her. The man sat next to her placing his hand on her thigh.
"You're going to be sorry." he whispered, making Lilly shiver.
He stood up and grabbed Lilly by the neck. He pushed her down onto the carpet, choking her and banging her head into the floor. Lilly tried to catch her breath but couldn't. His hands grasped her neck. Finally Lilly heard the door open and heard Scotty's voice. The hands around her neck were gone and she was being held. She opened her eyes and saw Scott holding her.
The man was on the floor, breathing deeply
"Get, out" Scotty growled
The man ran, and Scotty looked at Lilly
"You okay?" he asked
"yeah, I'm okay"
"If I was here, he wouldn't have been" He mumbled
"Scotty, I'm fine, really"
Scotty stared at Lilly, still in his arms. he stared in her eyes, wondering what to do. Lilly wanted him to keep holding her, to kiss her.
Lilly instantly reached up and kissed him. His lips were hard at first, like he was about to rip apart. However after he realised what was happening, his lis softened as he returned her kiss. He layed her onto the ground, deepening the kiss.
After a few minutes Scotty rolled over and layed next to her.
"Wow." he whispered.
Lilly giggled, rolling over and lying on his chest. "You let him go."
"Don't worry, we'll find him." Scotty soothed, running his hands through her hair.
Lilly smiled, not wanting him to leave. but boss called and told Scotty to go to a possible lead. He reluctantly left, leaving Lilly alone. she touched her lips and smiled before flopping on Scottys couch. she grabbed the blanket from her bag, put it over her, and started to sleepily drift away.
Lilly dreamt of the man who attacked her. She awoke from the nightmare with a jolt, screaming as she opened her eyes. Once she had calmed down she decided to go for a walk. She knew it was risky, but she needed air.
As she opened the door, on the doorsteps there were red roses. She stared at them wondering if they were from Scotty or her attacker. Slowly she reached down for the note.
Hey Lil,
I know this might seem weird, but wanna go out for dinner tonight, around 7?
Scotty
Lilly smiled, and smelled the roses. she took a short walk, then called Scotty. When she got voice mail, she left a message
"Hey Scotty, It's Lil. sure, I will"
Lilly had dressed up fancy. She had on a short black dress that ended just above her knees. She curled her hair, leaving it down. Her shows were black, with silver strapes which added to her long legs. To finish up she put a touch of lipgloss and smokey eyeliner to bring out her eyes.
Lilly was sitting on the couch waiting for Scotty. She was thinking he had stood her up untill a knock at the door changed her mind. She slowly walked to the door, hoping she hadn't gone overboard with her appearance. She opened the door to see Scotty in his work clothes.
"Hey." She whispered.
"Give me 5 minutes to get ready." Scotty pushed past her, stopping when he realised he hadn't seen what she was wearing. He turned and looked her up and down.
"Holy...Crap. You look HOT!"
"Yeah?"
"Hell Yeah. You sure you wanna go out tonight? We could stay here?" Scotty asked.
"Go get ready." Lilly mumbled, giggling as he darted out of the room.
They walked into Shea La Va, and Lilly almost gasped at the buety. she and Scotty walked to a table, and she looked at him
"wow, this is... wow"
"hey, thats what I thought when I... We caught the man" Scotty said, strangly
"what were you going to say" Lilly asked
"Nothing, It's stupid"
"Please" She said
"fine, I was going to say that's what I thought when I first saw you"
"Do you mean tonight, or the first time we actually met?" Lilly asked curiously.
"Well tonight, you looked breath-taking. But when I first met you...God...I couldn't keep my eyes off you."
"Who would have thought Scotty Valens could be such a romantic." Lilly teased.
"There's alot you don't know about me."
"Oh yeah, like what?"
"Like the first time I met you I knew it was love at first sight."
Lilly froze. She couldn't believe he had ever loved her. "You felt that way?"
"Lil, I've felt that way for a long time." Scotty stood up offering her his hand. "Wanna dance?"
"Sure."
After a night of Dancing and Dining, both of them were tired. as they drove home Lilly turned
"this was fun"
"Yeah?"
"yeah"
Scotty smiled, and there was red light, catching him by surprise. he stomped on the breaks, and tired to keep Lilly from going forward. this was a sudden knock on the side where Lilly was, and she turned.
Lilly turned to she her attacker there. She screamed as face lit up. She literally jumped into Scotty's arms, sobbing as she feared for her life. Scotty reached behind, on the backseat retrieving is gun.
He undid his seat belt, slid out of teh car, while Lilly held onto his waist from behind. He held the gun in front of him, taking small steps to the attacker.
"What's you name?" Scotty asked.
"Call me...Mr Rush."
"Lilly is the girl that killed your daughter. She never even knew your daughter."
The apparent Mr Rush aka Lilly's attacker lunched forward, fighting Scotty for his gun.
Lilly crawled behind te car, squealing as she heard a gun shot.
Lilly peaked from behind a car and saw 'Mr.Rush' running away into darkness. She looked at the ground and saw Scotty laying there gasping for air, his shirt soaked with blood. She swiftly run towards him and putted preasure on his wound. She reached for her phone and dialed for an ambulance.
"Lil'...I'm...I'm sorry" Scotty gasped
"Scotty, don't you die on me! Not now! Not Ever!" Lilly held Scotty's head in her lap crying out her words
In the hospital Lilly clung to Stillman weeping when doctor came to tell them that Scotty did not survive his gun shot wound.
"We'll find him Lil'. We'll find the guy who did this" Stillman tried to be strong, but even he has tears in his eyes.
