I sucked down all the stills from that WB site and put them in one file; there's a few nice hi-rez ones in there: (right-click and "save target as..." to save to your hard drive) www.kmrocks.com/photo/warnerchannel_fotos.zip(9.5 MB)

I really like to cap using the program "VirtualDub:" virtualdub.sourceforge.net/It lets you load in an AVI and then you can "scrub" through the video by moving a slider at the bottom of the screen. When you get to the general area that you want to cap, you can use the arrow keys to go frame-by-frame until you get the perfect shot that you want. To capture the frame, hit control-2 to copy it to the clipboard. Then switch to a graphics program like Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro, or even the "Windows Paint" program that's included free with windows. Then just go to edit-->paste to paste the photo into the paint program. From there you can resize, add effect, add text, etc. If you need more help, just ask, I'll be glad to help you learn! is there any special one that you use for Realplayer i cant seem to cap realplayer videos at the moment

If I need a cap or two from a realplayer stream, I use a really cumbersome method (but it works) -- I pause the realplayer when it gets on the frame I want to capture, then I hit the "Print Scrn" button (located in the upper right of the keyboard right above the "insert" key). Then I pop open my image editor (Photoshop, Paint shop Pro, or even windows paint). Do a "Paste" to get the image. Then you have to use a cropping tool in your paint program to crop out the rest of your computer screen's desktop. If you do this and you just get a black box within the RealPlayer's window (that you are capturing), then do this: 1) Right-click on a blank space on your computer's desktop 2) Select "Properties" 3) It will open up the "display properties" window. Go to the "settings" tab, then to "Advanced" at the bottom of the "settings tab." 4) A new window will pop up, look for a tab that says "Troubleshoot". Select this tab and drag the "hardware acceleration" slider all the way to the left. Hit OK to close all windows. 5) Reopen the realmedia file and do the printscreen trick again. It should show up now when you do screen capture. It's not very elegant, but it works without having to learn a bunch of hack-y programs... Oh, and when you're done, DON'T FORGET to re-open the display properties tab and re-set your settings to use "Full" Hardware acceleration (slide it all the way to the right). It will affect video playback and stuff if you don't put it back when you're done!

I think you can get away with only pushing the slider to the halfway point. Maybe try that (only if it doesn't hose your computer though!)
