Like we did back in Season 6, here is the time to jot down what you want to see for Season 7
For me I'd like to see older cases, instead of the recent ones.
A case that the detectives cannot solve
Lilly meeting her father's family
No more relationships unless the writers intend to keep whomever it is, it kinda is boring to keep on breaking the hearts of our beloved detectives each season.
Lilly finally having a social life
More one artist episodes
A case that's full of suspense and creepiness

I'd like to see Lilly finally having a boyfriend that doesn't leave her. has she been through enough?

Adding in a few more things
1. Lilly not turning into a zombie like in start of Season 5, but her actually seeking help from her father.
2. No more Frankie
3. Interesting cases the older the better
4. An undercover case

Some things that immediately came to my mind: 1. More recent cases 2. Lilly strengthening her friendships (for example to her teammembers) 3. Lilly and Scotty having some nice friendship-moments like in season 1 or 4 4. Seeing that Lilly is really enjoying her life 5. No more Frankie or any shortlasting relationships for the team 6. More cases (and flashbacks) that feature rock/heavy metal/alternative music. 7. Of course a lot of suspenseful, intense episodes and cases. That's all for now.

1. Lilly meeting her other family. 2. Cases like "The Woods" & "Mindhunters" I love the ones that put you on the edge of your seat. 3. More personal stories from the team 4. Jefferies maybe getting a love interest 5. Lilly finally having happiness in her personal life.

I'd love to see:
1. Older cases, as in, way, way back.
and
2. If it is the last season, a solid ending, no cliff hangers or huge mysteries, including a favorable, happy ending for Lilly. And please, no main character deaths. We've gone 6 years without that.

I would like to see some older cases as well. "Torn" was really good, but if they get too old, they wouldn't be able to find enough evidence that would make the case solvable.
I have always liked the ones from the 70's.

I want older cases but not from 1886 or so. I think 1920-1949 is OK
1. A case related to the Spanish Flu from 1918(related to the actual swine flu) 2. a gay rights case where the father was the doer 3. proper ending... 4. Lilly and Ray married
AND THE MOST IMPORTANT DETECTIVES SEEING THE VICTIMS!

Lilly and Ray married AND THE MOST IMPORTANT DETECTIVES SEEING THE VICTIMS! 1) Possible, but with cost-cutting measures, expensive episodes like "Torn" will probably be rare. 2) Why does the father have to be the doer? The dad was an accessory in "Forever Blue". Does that help? 3) Unless they keep going! ;D 4) Ewwwww! I don't really mind guest characters seeing the victims. It often makes more sense (such as in the aforementioned "Forever Blue") since it often shows the bond some characters had. What do I want? 1) More appearances by the long-running recurring players (i.e. Louie, Frannie, etc.) 2) A follow-up on the beef that Doherty (and perhaps Boone) has with Stillman. Have them return to make some trouble in the squad (and perhaps get some royal comeuppance for it!) 3) More female doers!

I'd like to see: More personal story lines or cases that the detectives connect to, and at the end I wouldn't mind seeing Stillman retire, maybe Will too and Lilly becoming the first female Lieutenant of Homicide. Thats only if this is the last season, though.

I wouldn't want to see any characters getting married, that would be jumping the shark totally
A case that takes the characters undercover
