Here's the components of the vera "baby" avatar you asked about in another thread -- It's made in Photoshop CS 2. I searched google images (go to google.com and click on the "images" tab, then do a search) for "pacifier" then "Baby Bonnet". I cut out the pacifier and bonnet from these two images then dragged them onto the background "base" layer, which was my previous Vera "Saint Nick" avatar. + + For the pacifier, I cut it out, then rotated it, then shrunk it and moved it into place. A shadow was added to make it blend into the picture a little better. For the bonnet I cut it out, then colorized it blue and moved it into place. I added a little bit of shadow on that one too to make it look like it was part of the picture. As a last step I saved it as a gif so I could get transparency (notice how the background of the avatar is the background of the webpage.) |

haha you're playing with Hue/Saturation or the Color Replace tool! I like the one with Lilly Colorized in the blue shirt (while Scotty is still black and white)
