There's probably gonna be a lot of submissions to choose from, so you could probably make subcategories like they do in the Emmys. So instead of everyone voting on a "Best" sig, you could have "Best Sig with Lilly", "Best Sig featuring a Guest Character", "Best Scotty Sig", etc.

Here's one I made while trying to learn to how make animated gifs. I guess the theory is that Olivia and Tripod are going to get even with Kite after he called them "Mutants." Lilly says to Kite "Do you wanna see the girls" to lure him into the trap. Then they pounce! That's a shot of Kite at the end  Here's dancing Lilly from Disco Inferno |

heheh I'm about halfway done with the dancing ellen one! I started it right after the show but I've only been doing a frame or so of it per day. I was thinking of giving it to Naj to see if she could stick it within the smilies so it would be like an ultimate "happy dance" smiley.
