Scott Peterson's murder trial is big news in California (not sure about elsewhere). His mistress, Amber Frey, gave a press conference in Modesto on January 24, 2003, to aid the police. Her hair is a perfect example of the now-famous Lilly 'do, eight months before the CC premiere.
