KM on Providence rerun

Kathryn made a guest appearance on the NBC show Providence a few years back. The show is currently airing in reruns on Lifetime Television, and according to tv-now.com, this episode will air Thurs, June 10 at 8pm. Here's the description from TV Now:

A confused young woman (guest star Kathryn Morris) thinks Syd (Melina Kanakaredes) kidnapped her baby and holds her at gunpoint; Helen (guest star Leslie Silva) considers a career change; a car careens into the clinic.

Sounds like a great acting spotlight with KM.

Great! I loved watching Providence when it was on, sometimes i watch it when its on early when i cant sleep. (i think it was 2 am maybe on nbc) I never saw this episode (i dont think, i didnt know who kathryn morris was then )it sounds good.

Oh it's so frustrating to see an actor you like doing a bit part!

The closest I can compare her character (Molly) to is KM's appearance in one of the Xena episodes "The Convert" where she was supposed to be wacko. But at least her two appearances on Xena she had a major chunk of the storyline.

The show Providence is kinda odd. Not something I would have ever gotten interested in personally.

I recorded and watched the Xena episodes... I didn't keep them because I'm waiting for the Xena Season Four DVDs for those episodes.. Then I'll rip from DVD to realvideo and post a few clips from those.

I've also got on tape "Inferno", "Poltergeist", and "W.E.I.R.D. World". I can post clips from those if you want to see them.

I'm sure we'd have many here who'd like to see them. I did see the movie "Inferno" two months ago on tv. I couldn't get into her character but still it was good to see her in the role. I also caught "Inherit the Wind" too and I didn't like that role either.

Yes, the S4 dvd's come out Tuesday! . I'd be interested in what other KM fans have to say about her in that role. What impression they would have. *wonders which scenes from "Crusadeer and "The Convert" irishkale selects*

Thanks so much. I was wondering, cause now i'm all interested, what happened in the end of the episode? Did that lady Molly shot survive? What happened with the baby?

Wasn't that lady that Molly shot the same actress who played the granddaughter (the one who's name we shall not say?) of the victim in the CC episode "The Letter?"

CC Fan - the lady she shot survived and decided to move to GA and work in her hometown clinic.

I just got back from visiting my family (my sister graduated from HS), and I just caught up on my TiVo stuff and the board, so I watched the episode last night. Anyway I, like Naj, was disappointed in the small role that KM had in this episode. However, I thought that Kathryn made the most of it. She did a really great job playing the role.

Which baby were you talking about, CC Fan, Molly's or Joanie's? Well ill tell you both, anywhays. Molly's baby didnt exist, she had a miscarriage, or however you spell it. she was so torn up over the baby, that she created the illusion that someone took her baby away. As for Joanie's baby, nothing was wrong with her and she started walking at the end of the episode with the help of Syd's mother, sort of. Those dreams are always so funny, and you almost believe that their real until something strange happens to Syd. ;D

wow, thats cool. Is that show still on the air, or just in reruns?

I'm pretty sure that it's just in reruns on Lifetime and maybe some local channels late at night.

its not still on the air, it re-runs on lifetime and sometimes on like 4, or 5 really early in the morning, like 2 or 3. im pretty sure it was cancelled because there werent enough viewers or something.
