I figured out that the site doesn't use IP addresses, it uses Cookies to determine whether you've already voted. So if you just delete the cookie that it adds to your hard drive, you can keep going back and voting as many times as you want procedure: 1) do a search on your C: drive for "temporary internet files" 2) you might have a couple of folders named this. On my computer, I need to pick the one in the "C:\Documents and Settings\main\Local Settings" folder. 3) double-click on this folder. You'll see a bunch of files. If you click on the top of the column that says "Last Accessed", it will sort the files by last used. You may have to hit the button twice to get the most recent stuff at the top. 4) Look for a file called "jsp/". If it was a couple days when you last voted, it will be a ways down in the list. To find it quickly, click on any filename and hit the "j" key to jump to stuff that begins with the letter "j". If it was recently that you voted, look for a file near the top called "jsp/". Under the "Internet Address" column it will say "Cookie: main@voote.com/jsp/ 5) select this "jsp/" file and hit delete. Hit "yes" when it asks you if you want to delete. 6) go back to the website and vote again 7) if you really want to rack up alot of votes you can leave the "temporary settings" folder open. After you vote and it gives you the tallys, go back to the "tempoary settings" folder and hit the "F5" key to refresh the file list. Delete the "jsp/" file again. Then go back to the browser and hit the "back" button twice. Vote again. Repeat. It sounds complicated but once you've done it once or twice you can rack up a bunch of votes.

I figured out that the site doesn't use IP addresses, it uses Cookies to determine whether you've already voted. Thanks Irishkale... I tried it out myself and it works. ;D I also figured out that you can delete the cookies in the 'Internet Option' tab within Internet Explorer. I don't know how with other web browsers...but I thought I'd let yall know. But thanks again for figuring that out....

does the "delete cookies" in the "internet option" tab delete *all* your cookies or can you select them individually? Deleting *all* your cookies might mess up some of your commonly visited web sites.

Deleting *all* your cookies might mess up some of your commonly visited web sites. Yea, it does. But I've never had any problems when I delete all the cookies. I also use Webroot's Window Washer program that pretty much does the same thing... cleans out unnecessary junk on the computer.
