Matt Roush talks about CC in this weeks Roush Rave Source: www.tvguide.com/tv/roush/review/By going back — sometimes decades — to reopen long-unsolved mysteries, CBS' Cold Case (Sundays, 8 pm/ET, starring Kathryn Morris) distinguishes itself from other procedural crime dramas by not only unearthing old secrets but revisiting the social mores of another era. A strong recent episode about the 1983 murder of a gay AIDS activist took us back to a time of fear and ignorance regarding the disease. Another case involved the 1953 murder of a teacher unfairly targeted by anticommunist witch-hunters. The human element of these tragedies is brought into even sharper focus when you realize the subjects were essentially victims of their times.

It's nice to see that Matt Roush is still praising CC. Unlike many critics, I usually agree with his likes and dislikes. Plus, a lot of people seem to respect his opinion. Thanks for posting this Ryebeach.
