He seems to think that he has the license to let others use the images just because he scanned them.

WireImage (similar to the Getty site noted above) shows 370 Kathryn Morris pics. Here's the URL:

Irishkale posted a beautiful picture of Kathryn at the 7th Annual Costume Designers Guild Awards from the past weekend (2/19) in the High Quality Pics thread.
