April 14 - 2007 Toyota Pro/Celebrity Race

Thanks for the additional track info, RichE. I was wondering if the participants in this race (who are obviously NOT race car drivers) would get any prep/practice time, instruction, etc. I was pretty sure they would, but it would be funny (or cruel) if they were just handed the keys on race day and told , "Good luck!" LOL!

I would imagine they'll be given this basic training and then some practice at the circuit (Long Beach) during the race weekend.

Obviously, if in basic training any of the celebs turn out to be completely unsuitable for it they'll be dropped. They can then return home to drive around LA in their Hummers, mowing down the "little people".

If I were KM, I think I would definitely not want to be axed from a race like this because I couldn't drive, yet Robin Quivers could. LOL!

Perhaps she turned up late and it was the only one left

More likely it was the only one they had that fit her.

At least in the pic with KM sitting on the car she is wearing shoes that are the right size

I assume that all these pics where taken during the same event on the 17th March. That is where the first large images I posted were from.

The 17th was a Saturday, so I guess this was done during time off from filming CC.

You probably noticed this already but according to the Schedule page of the Toyota website there is a Press/Practice day in Long Beach on April 3rd, Tuesday after next. Hopefully more info and pics will come out of that.
