Unfortunately, I got a stern email from YouTube about the video. They took it down after Dick Clark Productions sent them a letter saying that the video violated their copyright. I got a nice little warning from YouTube about posting "copyrighted material" on their site and so on. Anyway, the video is not allowed on the net. Hopefully, someone else here has it and can host it themselves because YouTube won't.
