Hopefully when people get to the theaters to realize Star Wars is sold out, they'll choose "MH" instead!

Yes, Kath is in it a lot! I love this movie, I just bought it on DVD and the whole film is really fantastic (well I did not want the ending to be as it has been then..) ;D

I'm hearing a lot of people compare it to the film, "Ten Little Indians." That's one of my favorite movies so I hope this is true. :pray:

Yes, the story in essence is alike. But to my taste better than any adaption of Agatha Christie's classic story I have seen so far.  And I'm totally with jannasam - the movie is great. |

Cold Case's Morris battles a familiar evil in Mindhunters

It was Mindhunters versus Mindhunter. Kathryn Morris wasn't confused but, more than once, I was walking a shaky tightrope.
Weekly on the TV crime drama Cold Case, Morris plays doggedly persistent investigator Lilly Rush.
One of the series' top-rated episodes this year, featuring Lilly tracking a serial killer named George, was called Mindhunter.
Tomorrow, Morris stars as an FBI profiler named Sara Moore in the whodunit Mindhunters.
"When they brought us the script for Mindhunter, the producers of Cold Case had no idea I'd made a film called Mindhunters," says Morris over the phone from New York where, she is promoting her creepy thriller about an agent stalking fellow agents at a remote island training base. Think Agatha Christie's Ten Little Indians as Ten Little Agents and you get the idea behind Mindhunters.
Morris had filmed Mindhunters a year before she was cast in Cold Case, which completes its second season next month.
"Mindhunters got caught up in a change of administration at a studio, which delayed its release," explains Morris who sees the film as "a true thrill ride where you get to eat your popcorn between scares."
Before filming Mindhunters in Holland in 2002, Morris met with two CIA profilers.
"We met in the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills. Until they told me, I hadn't realized that they'd seated me in a position that allowed them to profile the room we were in. They wanted to show me rather than just tell me what they do."
Eventually, the agents got her to join them in profiling patrons of the lounge.
"I wasn't very good, but they insisted actors would make good profilers because we are so attuned to other people."
This exercise in profiling was the simplest preparation Morris had to undergo for Mindhunters.
Action director Renny Harlin insisted Morris hold her own -- physically as well as emotionally -- against fellow cast members Christian Slater, LL Cool J., Jonny Lee Miller and Val Kilmer. That meant learning hand-to-hand combat for a fight with LL.
"LL is one huge muscle of a man. I was cast because Renny thought people would believe I could hold my own against him," she says. "LL and I spent most of our down time working on our fight to make it look as realistic as possible."
The film also required Morris to spend a great deal of time in freezing water, fighting and holding her breath. That's Mindhunters.
Mindhunter and its chilling villain George, meanwhile, are back for the season finale of Cold Case.
"The episode is called The Woods, and George comes back for Lilly. Much of her enigma is stripped away in this episode, which I think fans are going to love. It's one of our best to date."
Morris says another of this year's final Cold Case episodes stars Piper Laurie.
"It has flashbacks to the 1930s and tells the story of an ill-fated love affair between two women. It's very powerful, moving and insightful."
Morris has no problems keeping her Mindhunters and Mindhunter characters apart, though both women are detectives.
"Sara in Mindhunters is far more insecure and has far more anxieties and fears than Lilly. She's dealing with some major failure issues.
"Anyone who is a fan of Cold Case will have no trouble separating the women."
