yea tarik, she must have some interesing stories with the mix she has listed on her biography. i'd be interested in knowing how she got the part to Pensacola and also what all transpired to get the role of Lilly and her audition process. ~Naj

(It's always funny to hear stories about celebrities who can no longer go to the store to buy toothpaste because they'd be hounded by fans.)

Hi all!
I agree. I'm always curious about how they came into a role.
I'd also be curious what a typical work week is like and whether KM has any input into her character with a few examples-if she does have input.

I think I'm a bit fascinated by her time at Temple becaue I am from Pennsylvania. Maybe she'll give more stories as she gives interviews.

Who she'd like to work next to and how it was working with the very very sexy and talented Tom Cruise.....and what kind of artists she likes when it comes to the 60's-80's because those were the best years in music...and if she likes Coldplay because they are the best band around..;D

I think that I would ask her who her role models are and who she aspires to be like professionally. Also, since I too am engaged and in the middle of crazy wedding planning, I would ask her about that, and how she's keeping sane!

Are there any media files of her singing *hopeful puppy dog look*?!! So our KM went to college - I like some wild tales from the university!! We can swap horrid professor tales and all that!!! I've been pondering this question alot the past week - I'd like to know what 3 cds are in her stereo right now. What music keeps a working girl like that on the go?!

I'd like to know about the dancing waitress thing and the singing? This is intriguing. I'd like to know what books she's read recently. And the biggie...what the heck is that tattoo anyway, what's the story behind it.

Tarik wondered aloud about the music KM likes. Here are some hints, from an interview a few years back: "Her favorite author is Tennessee Williams. An 'incredible playwright -- timeless, dangerous, funny; incredible.' "She grew up all over the United States -- primarily the South -- Texas -- even spent some time in Brooklyn -- lot of time in Connecticut. Connecticut was very cold; she spent a lot of time shoveling driveways (only one boy in the family so they all had to help). It was also an airport town -- nothing much to do, so she would spend time at McDonald's or driving around in her best friend's Nova listening to AC/DC and Rush and stuff like that. Right now she really enjoys Alternative music because so many different kinds of musical styles are being incorporated into it. She thinks Radiohead is incredible, and really likes Sting because he tries to incorporate a lot of different stuff into his work. She also enjoys the classics, like the classic jazz tunes. Not a big fan of country, though." home.att.net/~mao693/kmqt.html

I think it's a trick I met a person who created a thread "If you had a chance to ask Gillian Anderson a question..." on other board. Almost everyone ignored her, several months later she came back and said that she was in London and met GA on a play premiere or something. And since we had no questions... :> TvFan --> Are you gonna meet her? :>
