Oh yeah... I'm close to picture it now... Lilly coming in the office, seeing MC guy (if it's him) a sweet soft string music starts to play, slow motion, a smile on Lilly's face and her eyes sparkling....

Ah, sorry, no offense, but I just don't like the idea. And as lils231 I think Lilly is too guarded, but perhaps that might be the surprise, to see her totally different for once. Well, I would like to see her great smile again, but has it to be a big romance?

I agree with lils231 and myril. Lilly is way too guarded emotionally to just jump into MC man's arms after all these years.

I'm just hoping it won't go right away...it would be out of character for Lily to just fall into someone's arms who she hasn't seen in years... i think Lily is way more guarded than that... which isn't to say she won't be happy to see him, but a snog, i don't think so... I'm not meaning a snog straight away, like you said that wouldn't be like our Lilly, but after spending some time with him definately. :smile56: |

I think Lilly feels that stillman is like a father figure to her. I doubt that Lilly's father is christina's too . It just a feeling that I had. I think it's the motocycle guy that coming to her rescue , I think lilly will be too high guarded , mainly b/c a lot of people in her life have hurt her (her family, patrick , kite and Scotty) emotionally . If she is going to let down some of her barriers which locks in her inner most feelings the mood in the plot has to be right. I am hoping the MC Guy isvery caring and senestive to her feelings , the way that I see it Lilly has a hard to trusting people she afraid to get emotionally or phyically attached to someone I think she is realizing it now in season 3 after the whole george incident. She knows she cannot hiding behind her walls anymore , whatever happened in her past she knows she has to let it go it's no good anymore to hold it in. I think the way I see it is the MC guy arrive wants to rekindle their relationship , the way i think he going to do it is move in slowly so she can form a trust bond with him , give her a chance to get reused of him and not rush it like kite. As seen in 8 Years she still has warm feelings for him so It might make her happy to see him . As I said before " you can never tell with lilly" she has deep inner emotions that stem from a troubled childhood.
i'm done two my two cents now, I just wanted to get this thought out

i was thinking may be he didnt dissapeared completely. I mean may be he sent her letters or postcards (even e-mails) so he wouldnt loose her.

We never really see what's really going on in Lilly's private life , maybe he calls her at night . He might have told her that he may be coming to town. I'n glad lilly getting him back judging by the look on her face in "8 years" she's still head over heels in love with him .
