Okay, so the new season is still a month away, but CBS officially announced their premiere dates yesterday, and CC is scheduled for September 25th! Yay! New cases, new stories, new season! So, what are you most psyched about?

I voted for "just having my CC back" (I'm starting to go into withdrawal crisis), but the most appropriate answer right now would be learning about the new detective's role on the show.

For me, it's the cases. Of course I'd like to see how Lily handles things and what became of Chris. I just want the cases. That's what I like about the show. CSI has different cases but all in the same year. Cold Case jumps back and forth and I love it.

I went with the cases. While I'm very interested in the aftermath of the whole George ordeal and the other detectives backstories, the fact remains that it was the cases that first intrigued me to the show way back when and still intrigues me today. Solving decades old murder cases is something I find fascinating to watch week after week and I can't wait to see season 3's cold cases.  |

Good evening everyone, Hello, this is the Byrdman coming at you all tonight. I hope that everyone is doing well and that you are all ready for a rocking good weekend as well, I know I am!  Yes, I personally am excited about all of these choices. However, the one that stood out most in my mind was how the Chris scenario would be played out. Is she guilty? Is she not? Will she come back? Will Lilly and her ever be on speaking terms again? Will we find out exactly why they are not? What will Scotty's reaction be if she returns? So many questions, the Rush girls can inspire them, that's for sure. Anyway, like I said, I am excited about them all, but Chris' situation is probably my favorite. I chose the aftermath of the shooting because I think that situation is going to affect the development of Lilly's character which will basically affect the whole show [relationships with other characters and the way she handles suspects and cases]. Also i'm worried for her and just want her to be OK!! :smile28:

I chose the aftermath of Lilly's shooting. I'm dying to know how she deals with the realization that she killed someone. I think it's going to affect her more than she thinks. Of course, I don't think she'll show it on the outside, but I think it will affect her deep down.

Seeing Lilly deal with the aftermath of the shooting. As far as we know, Lilly hasnt ever shot anyone before, has she? The first time must be the most difficult to handle. (Not that it would be any easier a second or third time).

I agree with Tati and Shorty. Regardless of whatever we find on Cold Case, I'll be there on my couch at 8 o'clock on Sunday to watch it.
