Sorry... I know this poll is really late so I'm combining it with April.

Seems like everyone's got something to say about her hair... tell us what you think.

I've always liked Lilly's hair because it goes with her profession. She doesn't have time in the AM to get all dolled up for work. She just goes how she is and I admire her for that and it makes the show and her character all the more believable.

I like it too. Besides the fact that she doesn't have time to doll up, I don't think it looks that bad. And it makes sense that she never has it down - sometimes your hair can really get in the way if you're working.

I like her hair. I've never understood all the hate for Lilly's hair. It's cute and practical. I like it better down, but I like the fact that her updo is more believable for working women.

I think her hair is awesome. Not everyone has time to make those sophisticated bun things in the morning that i see a lot nowadays (although thats at school... but ive never figured out how they do it)

For some reason it's looking pretty ratty this season like it did on that Mad TV parody. I don't know if it's suppose to mimic her emotional state or what. But, by, now it probably would look odd if she changed it.

Definitely no rinse for her. Keep her color the same.

Well, it's no mystery to anybody I like her hair the way it is. I don't even find it that messy, of course I'm kinda biased because mine is way messier (what can you expect from a curlyhead anyhow?). And I agree--working people, especially no-nonsense cops, don't have time to do fancy stuff on their heads. So they should leave the way it is--and every once in a while, impress us with a new hairdo (away from the job, of course).

I love Lil's hair. Admittedly, it looks better down, but it's okay when it's kinda messy. When it's down, I think it's beautiful
