Do you think the romantic interest for Lilly from the season finale will continue into season 4 because in the finale it came across has Lilly really did not care about her job. She just wanted the guy.

I'm hoping that they carry the storyline over to S4. I think it would be interesting to watch Lilly try to balance her job with a real, meaningful relationship. She hasn't done it well in the past, and she overcompensated in the finale, but I think she can find a way to have both without sacrificing either. Joseph seems like a good match for her, and I would love to see their relationship develop.

I think Lilly still really cares for her job, but when you meet someone you are attracted to it kinda makes you loose some logic and reason and that's whay I think she was so unfocused. Mind you saying that she was still all for getting the case solved, she just felt that she could trust Joseph and the only mistake she really made. Because Lilly doesb't seem to have evr sucessfully balanced a social and work life I think she will struggle with it nexct season [or I'd hope anyway!]. However, I do really want things to work out with Joseph. He seems the right kinda guy for her and he said himself his ideal girl is someone who cares as much about her work as he does. Therefore I don't think we'll see the issues coming from his side unlike Kite and it will be Lilly that has the issues this time. Just my theory anyway

I agree with both TVFan and sonny in that I, too, would like to see the Joseph storyline continue. Lilly admitted that she did not want to be alone anymore ("Beautiful Little Fool"), and I think the poor gal does deserve to have a life / fall in love with someone and have it work. I would personally like to see Joseph get Lilly to deal with some of her "issues." Given his work as a counselor, perhaps he is arguably well-suited to be able to handle someone like her. I do not believe he would be threatened by her strength or weaknesses. He could actually be attracted to them. Again, I think his work as a counselor would have him conditioned to dealing with many different kinds of people in many different emotional states. Thus, I can see him sort of letting her be her, but also perhaps helping her heal some of the wounds that have perhaps prevented her from being successful in a prior relationship as well as perhaps helping her to not have her past haunt her nearly as much as it seems to. And, given where Lilly is emotionally by her own admittance, I think this kind of relationship may indeed work for her - someone who respects her, gives her space, but also isn't afraid to hold her accountable. Perhaps it would be her own version of "tough love" because of the baggage she carries. I think Joseph may be the kind of guy that could give that kind of love to her, which could end up being quite strong in the end.

Well said, LillyKat!! I must say that I was giving up hope for Lilly towards the end of the season, so it kinda feels like the writers just smacked me big-time on the side of the head with Joseph!! He's a very pleasant surprise!

Yeah, LillyKat! Very insightful. I didn't think of that angle, of how he might make Lilly deal with her issues. I'm sure he'll be back. It'd be really refreshing to see her be with a nice guy. And maybe he could mix it up a little with Kite or the motorcyle dude. That'd make for some interesting tension.

I hope it does! And like LillyKat said have Joseph have her deal with her issues. Although I feel that's where Kite would have fit in but with his leaving it kinda left us and Lilly in limbo with her problems of her past. But I thought they helped with the George storyline bring Lilly to some realiziations. I miss George!

Here's "Joseph" from 2000 back when he was on a show called "Pensacola: Wings of Gold". He's younger in this photo, but it's such a nice pic, I just have to share it with you guys! 198.170.240.7/kj/pwog/pwog1_6.jpgHere's a press photo. You can't tell me this guy wouldn't look good beside Lilly! i4.tinypic.com/10cq0l5.jpgEnjoy!

"Pensacola: Wings of Gold" was a show Kathryn was in; and Naj has pointed out that another Pensacola co-star, Salvator Xuereb, has a brother named Emmanuel Xuereb, who played Dr. Grant Bowen in the episode "The River".

Good to see some of these actors from that series. boxman,Jeremy Ratchford was on the last episode of season 1 of Pensacola with Kathryn. ~Naj

It is such as SMALL world when it comes to acting! Kenny is in a lot of other shows with other actors. Kenny has also been in the same shows as: *Danny Pino (who played a NASTY gang leader named Armadillo on The Shield in Season 2). Seeing him in that role would make you look differently at him FOREVER! *Michael Jace (Death Penalty: Final Appeal) who plays a gay cop in 'The Shield'. *Crystal (the ex-druggie who had a crush on "Joseph") who also was in an episode of 'The Shield'. There are prolly more we don't know about yet. We should do a 'Six Degrees of Kathryn' game.

I think there is a six degrees of separation thread over in the GAMES forum. But you could do one here too, witchykitty.
