It's nice to see Cold Case get some recognition! GLAAD just nominated last season's "Best Friends" for Outstanding Individual Episode (for a series without a gay character). Here's the full category: "Alien" Law & Order: SVU (NBC) "Best Friends" Cold Case (CBS) "Pilot" My Name Is Earl (NBC) "Someone's in the Kitchen with Daddy" What I Like About You (The WB) "Transitions" Without a Trace (CBS) The awards will be boradcast on April 15th on LOGO and April 16th on VH1.

Uhm, why "Best Friends"? Why not any other episode? 'cause it featured gay characters whose relationship was the central theme of the episode.

Best Friends was an excellent episode and Mark Pellington directed it. It originally aired on Mother's Day 2005. It didn't get one of the higher ratings but I always felt it was because of the holiday. Billie Ducet was an excellent character and the ep had the best underscore and some of the best camera work I'd seen.
A Time To Hate was nominated in Season 1 of Cold case too. So they've had nominations every year. :smile17:
