I'm just going to say and since you didn't add it. A Maybe, it seemed he still had feelings for her. So, it depends how the writers will work on this or not.

Oh gosh....
See, this is where I start fighting with myself. The romantic 'I want everyone to be happy' side of me, says yes! He will get back with her.
The other side, more rational/logical side keeps saying 'thing didn't work out the first time, why should they now.' and 'it depends on where the writers want to go with this.'
Since I'm sick of acting all logical (and I know this is most likely more a wish than anything) I'm going to say yes.

I think they will try it for a little while, but old wounds are hard to heal. The first time he stays late or gets called in will be the end for them. His wife is all too familar with these ways, so she's probably only slightly believing he has changed anyway. The first time he reverts back will seal the fact for her that he can't change. I don't see a happy ending in store for these two, unfortunately.

I personally think they have a chance. Old wounds are hard to heal, it's true, but it seems to me Stillman's done a lot of reflecting since his divorce, and while it may be impossible to change his ways completely (Homicide = long hours all the time), he'll be more willing to compromise than first time around. Plus his wife has probably done some reflecting herself. She's probably been with other guys... and maybe she's realized that, in spite of his faults, Stillman is better than most of them.
Overall I think they're both likely to be more tolerant. But time will tell.

They are older now. I think they could be together again, because each of them understood many things. Stillman's wife came to him, so this is a sign for me that she made a decision. Maybe she missed him and thought that she prefers wait for him long hours... that it what I imagine playing in her head :] And Stillman? Oh, I wanted to make the polish subtitles to "Glued" and played the scene when he told Lil about his marriage hm, about 1000 times? He MUST regret... I am sure, he would take more care of his wife this time... So - YES - I hope, I think, I know (as the title of a song goes... ) they will get back together soon

I wish I watched the whole show to answer this question. However, I don't know much about the ex-wife so I am not sure about her. But their scene in 8 years was kinda cute!

I do think that Stillman deserves a little happiness for himself, and getting back together might do that for him, but something tells me that they won't get back, maybe because it's just too obvious a storyline that the writers wouldn't go for it...

Hmm... this season they actually seem to like to do the obvious. Think it would be great if Stillman and his ex-wife can get closer too each other again, get a second chance. But it's not easy to heal old wounds. And I think Stillman knows because of all the years of experienc,e that some things might not change. He sure would like to spent more time with his family, with his ex again and is a little wiser by now. But when Stilman was outside the restaurant looking at his ex waiting - there was something sad in his mimik and I really could understand that. Some jobs aren't making it easy to stay close and the last thing he wants is hurting his ex-wife again I think. At the moment I say neither yes nor no.
