[quote author=naj board=General thread=1110412347 post=1128350713 Vera: "He's cute. French men do it for me too." (at the faternity with the guy dressed as a maid) That was a great line, but I think he said "French Maids" instead of "French Men," Naj. Sorry I haven't been around much, guys. It's been a busy last couple of weeks. [/quote] Oh, Okay. Either way would have been funny. You can never tell with Vera.

From Start Up:
Lilly: "At least you could make some money off the little chippy." ;D
edited to add: From Start Up when Jeffries, Rush and Vera are looking for info on Coleman. They are sitting around a table.
Jeffries: This is worse than those poems last year. (referring to the reading of Billie's poems in Best Friends)
From Honor:
Vera: "Could be my last cheesesteak. My wife's been talking tofu."

Last night's season 1 rerun had a good line. In "Fly Away", Lily is telling Stillman how they have nothing on the case with Rosie being in a coma and not remembering anything. The dialogue goes like this.
Scotty: We have a witness (refering to Rosie) Lily: Whose hard drive has been erased.
*I think this was a Vera line they gave Lily by mistake.

Yeah, I think that line is great, cause it shows a despise in Lilly towards Rosie, the mom she thinks she know all about..

From: Mindhunters
George: I believe there are many people in the woods.....(something along those lines) Scotty: You what I think, this guy...probably never got laid, once in his life, because it sounds to me like, he's got a littel problem with the ladies
I loved this line. i thought it was funny, maybe crossing the line a little, but Scotty don't care because he's always a little smart alleacky and bad ass

Here are some I love: L: What do you want? A thank you note?
Lily : Should've worn a coat Scotty :Yeah... Lily : [grins] Wanna borrow mine? Won't make you less of a man Scotty : I'd rather freeze now!
Scotty: Pulls out his b*tchcoat. Stillman: His what? Scotty: Nothing boss.
Scotty: Did you kill him? I mean, that would solve our case. Debrah: No, we became friends. (her beeper goes off) Ohh.. Gotta run. Lilly: Can we walk with you? Debrah: Do you know how to deliver a baby? Scotty: I can learn anything.

I love this one! But doesn't he say b!tchkiller?
I absolutely loooove this line from Lilly: No girl coming out of a cake, where's the upside for the guy standing in the hedge? Just realised R2k covered it though:
The exchange from Dog Day Afternoons: Scotty: 'There you are?' Lil: 'You been lookin' for me?' Scotty: 'Not me. Some dude on a Harley.' Lil: 'oh?' Scotty: 'Ray somethin-or-other.' Lil: 'oh.' (Then there's the general look of everyone wanting to know more. hee. Classic.) Scotty: 'must be somethin' personal... Just sayin.' Vera: 'guy on a Harley. always sexy.' Will: 'Sure there's nothin' you want to share Lil.' Lil: 'Yeah. He shows up again, tell him I'm dead.'
I LOVE this exchange!!!

What's the episode Stillman talks about being at Woodstock? That was funny, wish I could remember it properly. Anyone? "Check out Homicide Barbie" from Badlands that someone else listed (it was TVFan way back in March 05, I just checked). Love it.
