I'm visiting CC's official website and they have changed the old picture of Lilly, Stillman and Vera for a huge picture of Lilly and Scotty. I guess Scotty's role is getting bigger, or at least it's not getting smaller. The picture is actually pretty cool - it's blue and white, but it gets colorful if you put your mouse above it. (*obviously you can't put your mouse above it, but I have no idea how to call that little mouse "arrow" in English  ) And they haven't changed the poll since the 1st season finale. I just voted for the 100th time that Lilly needs a richer personal life. ;D |

I noticed that the other day Tatiana, but then they changed it back, but I see that it's now Scotty and Lilly again. Well, this means either Scotty's role is getting bigger or CBS just doesn't have a clue. I'm voting (and hoping) for the latter. Just reading those articles in the spoilers section makes me think that things are going to stay the way they were last season with Lilly and Scotty's roles. I could be way off though. (crosses fingers that I'm not).  |

Hmm. I really don't see why they're trying to make it a duo show. It's Lily then the guys altogether. I wanna see Stillman, Vera and Jeffries on there!

Its kinda, i dont want to say disturbing, but its the only word i can come up with right now, that they have made it a kind of duo banner. I hope that it isnt forecasting that they are going to make it the lilly+ scotty show. Put everyone else in there too, and make it clear that lilly is the main character. They seem to be able to manage that with their other shows, although just barely. They arent the best with their websites.

TruBlu - that picture is a little bit disturbing for me too. I'm guessing CBS still doesn't know which direction they're taking the show. I hope they don't change anything. (why mess up with something that's doing well??)
Naj - I hadn't noticed that they chopped Scotty's head off... lol.... now that you pointed it out, it does look a bit weird....

It would be nice if they did a whole new photo shoot for the entire ensemble cast. I mean they took Jeffires off to add Valens then they lose half the cast! Maybe they think Valens will attract the young girls! Which is somewhat confusing since Lilly has attracted both men and women!  :brshteeth: Anyone care to email them and ask them?   ~Naj |

It seems to me that CBS doesn't watch their own shows. I think that they try to put an image out there that they think works without realizing that the show doesn't need their "image campaign" to get viewers. I don't know. It just wreaks of the network sending out the wrong image of a show. I mean, look at the promos they use to advertise CC's eps. They are so misleading, especially the finale (which has been discussed on this board). I agree that it is disturbing as TruBlu put it, but I'm thinking that it's just a reflection on CBS (a poor one I might add) and not on the writers/producers of CC. In other words, I think the producers and writers know what works and aren't going to take away from Lilly, but CBS thinks the show is a partner show (if they want clarification, they should just read their own description on their web site ;D ). I have faith in Meredith Steihm and Co. Now CBS, that's another story  |

Lol Naj, i didnt notice the head thing until you mentioned it. Kinda strange. Actually, on thing thats better about the new banner is that Lilly's head is completely on it now. (After scotty was mentioned, i took a look at the other one... ;D) Im with you TVFan. Anyone looking at CBS's website will probably not get a very good impression> iM hoping no ones using the web site to search for facinating shows to watch... :confused: they wont get a very acurate representation...I think CBS needs to re-read the desciption of the show, which TVFan noted, is on their own website *I may just e-mail them, see if they have to say anything * |

I went back over there the other day just to see if they did anything but even that poll is old. Maybe they will do an interview for the upcoming season and have the video available. I can always hope.  ~Naj |

Finally CBS has updated Cold Case's website: www.cbs.com/primetime/cold_case/It's much clearer now. Not much in the way of content but there is a new poll question. I just wish the whole cast was shown in the site picture, not just Lilly and Scotty but that goes with my opinion that Cold Case should be a strict ensemble show. |

I just noticed this today too. It looks a lot better, but I agree with the whole cast thing. I think Lilly should be featured prominently, but the whole cast should be included as well. Oh, and boy do they need to work on the content. For a comparison, look at NBC's show pages. Much better!

Yeah. Im glad they finally updated it, but theres nothing on it!! NBC's is much better...  i agree about the picture thing. I mean, i like the focus on lilly, but for promos and stuff, the whole cast should be on there... lol has anyone seen the picture they have for danny pino? he has this kinda 'you lookin at me?' attitude.... lol here:  |

There's been another update on CBS' Cold Case website. There is a new poll question and a new interview with Danny Pino. Not a lot of info in the video but it does tell a little about him as an actor. This video interview is not on the home page so click on Lilly's picture next to Cold Case episode preview and the link will come up. www.cbs.com/primetime/cold_case/ |

There's another update on the CBS site, and it's a good one. They added a photo gallery. Some of the photos are straight from the eps, and others appear to be cast pics taken between scenes. It's nice to see CBS finally adding some interesting features to the "official site." |

Happy to spread the good news. Like most of you, I had given up on the site b/c there were never any updates, but I was bored at work, so I figured why not. Then to my total amazement, there was the gallery! The Joan of Arcadia page on CBS.com has a link to all the music the show uses each episode. I wonder if they will ever do this for CC. It would draw more people to the site b/c it seems that the music used in CC and other shows is always a hot topic on the internet. |
