Hello everybody!
I just saw the new James Bond and since there has been a controversial discussion about it I woundered how you think about that movie!?!
Do you like it? If not - what didn't you like? Or don't you like James Bond at all and won't watch it?

hey germanccfan,
I haven't seen the new James Bond yet, and I am not sure if I will, because I just LOVED Pierce Brosnan playing him, and I don't like anyone else taking his place, not that I don't like the new guy, I just think Pierce is the best! It would feel weird watching a new guy being Bond!
I understand that Pierce was getting older, but the new guy really doesn't look that much younger than him anyways, but maybe that's just looks, I don't know his real age!
Ahhh, well, if I do decide to see it, if I find the time is another obstacle, I will let you know how I liked or disliked it!

I take it we're talking about Casino Royal?
I can't wait to see it. It'll be my first James Bond movie. I'm making a point to buy the box set if there is one. I think there is, there should be.
Point is, the Bond movies are a classic.

There is definitely a box. There is one in Germany!  As a big James Bond Fan (I have seen all James Bond Movies) I was really disappointed. It is a good movie but it is a bad Bond! That's at least my opinion. In my opinion, you shouldn't change a successful structure. But that's exactely what they did! If it wouldn't be a Bond I would have liked it better. Well, still curious about you opinion!!! |

I'm not just a big Bond fan by myself, but I've still saw them all....pretty much due to my brother who is a huge fan and once owned them all.
But Casino Royal is must to see. First, because I wanna see the new James Bond, is he better than Brosnan? And second, coz' everyone keeps saying how great it is, so I guess it's worth to see then. Maybe it covers the fact that a few previous James Bond moves had been at least disapointments and some of them almost too boring to watch....

yeah, there's a lot of controversy over this Bond. Most importantly has he got the accent down pat? Cos you can have the Bond without the accent. It's like the most important Bond aspect of Bond.
That make ANY sense?
