Well.. Finally that Amanda witch is out   I felt bad for Marcela b/c those two Amanda and that Ryan.. were no help at all!!  I see his feelings were hurt  That scene back to the boardroom was unneccessary, typical reaction to a male ego  Now wasn't Jim Project manager?? and yet Dawna did it all..and they won ;D I can see Jim is no superstar and I think Bethenny.. was not that great either.. I had to go back and look at their names..LOL  |

Dawna decided to take charge so that she wouldn't be blamed for not contributing. Plus she came over from the other team to help them because they keep losing. Amada was a witch only out for herself. Martha saw right thru her that she purposely didn't help her team. Quite funny.

I saw the ending of this and I'm glad Dawna won! She's a manager type, might not be creative, but she doesn't get excited and her teammates were able to work with her ;D I thnk she was a better choice than the other one. The other one... she looked like a chipmunk but I don't with her unorthodox methods and the only one that made it work for her was Jimmy. The rest of her team couldn't care less Dawna already runs a sports type catalog, so she would be good for this new job with Martha  |

There wasn't much competition in this one. I felt they didn't get the right people to participate. I can't believe they left Jim in there. But Dawna was the only choice when it comes down to it. Just hope she's happy with her job.
And Jim...he reminded me of Joxer! :smile81:

Have you heard or do you know if there will be another season of this? As I said earlier on this thread, I found the projects she gave out very interesting. I just didn't think she had the caliber of candidates for the role. It should have been a tighter competition. I will watch if they have another one unless it's on up against Survivor or The Amazing Race. ~Naj |
