Well, seeing as I was exhausted, I stayed in tonight. Truth is, I wanted to see Ghost Whisperer because I love ghost stories. Not that I believe in them. The first episode was great. I'm not going to spoil anything, but the story was good and there were some scares and surprises. I highly recommend this show.

yeah, I saw someone "ghostly" at her wedding, but it was soo quick, I didn't understand it. But when she told her husband that she saw his bro and wanted her to tell her hubby what he said..and then you see the brother smiling.

Cute, but I think it would have worked better if the husband was the psychic, not her. Like this, it sounds like a bad copy of 'Medium' & 'The Sixth Sense'.

So it was good?! Maybe I'll try and catch it this week. I'll admit, I was a little skeptical about anything starring Jenniver Love Hewitt (not that I have anything against her, she just doesn't have the best batting average when it comes to TV series), but after reading your comments, I may check it out.

Her record is not good, which upsets me. I like her. Okay, I have a crush on her. I'll admit it. But this show is pretty good. The next involves a boy who is in a car that is hit by a train. Previews show him yelling that he's not dead. This one has potential to be a little humorous. The last one was sad.

I agree. I thought it was too much like Medium. It was ok. I'm not sure if I will keep watching it, but it wasn't horrible.

i loved it, it is a liitle like medium but i think that it has different strenghs e.g she's trying to let them pass on to a different world, and medium is more trying to find out who killed them, but i loved it, im not a big fan of Jennifer Love Hewertt but i thought it rocked

I truly love this show, I can't explain it, but it's different from medium... She guides them and helps to solve their problem and then the "light" shows to guide them home I think she's cute and it shows she is sensitive to their problem.. Jennifer She's a cutey. I like medium too, but it's different from this show b/c she is solving a case Something like our Lilly

Hi R2K. I watched the season finale and I agree it was excellent! I wasn't expecting the twist at the end - it was so sad! I will definitely be tuning in when this show returns next season.

It was an awesome episode but it was a shocker ending I didn't expect that person to be the ghost I actually cried when I saw who was a ghost. Unbelievable

Thinking back, there were signs.
SPOILER BELOW - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - This was driving me nuts that we were not mentioning her name. I sort of wondered at first seeing she was out there and nobody survived. But the focus was on her brother so much. Another thing is that if Melinda had something to tell her about her brother, or so we thought, she would have come right out and said it. The investigator also ignored Andrea in the shop. And Andrea's brother was her unfinished business and she was focused on him. Now I have to go back and see if Andrea is wearing the same clothes nonstop. Also, I'll have to look at Melinda to see her reactions to Andrea. It seems like Andrea was an important part of the show, seeing there were only three main characters, and now two. I wonder how they're going to do it next season. Also Eurache, I mentioned this on "Additional Cast" but did you recognize the man in the hat? He was a Cold Case victim.

I get the feeling that is going to be the norm on this show. However, Aisha Tyler (Andrea) is known to be on shows for a brief period of time before moving on. She played Ross's girlfriend for a while on Friends and was a DNA analyst on CSI:Vegas for a while as well. Given the fact there were only three regular characters on the show, the idea is that Melinda and her husband would be constants. The only problem now Melinda now has no friend during the work day who knows about the ghosts. Plus, Andrea was always able to cover the store when Melinda ran such ghostly errands. But I was thinking about this. The man with hat hinted that he caused the accident. Now, if this is true, something was disrupted. Now, let's say Melinda was unable to see the dead. If that were the case, then she and Andrea would have never had a heads up on the situation. Andrea would never have tried to leave. Something to think about. Everyone else who died as a result of the plane and the crash was supposed to die. Andrea is the only one who was not originally part of the plan. The writers might have something up their sleeves.
