Each team will need their own separate bus by the time they get the CBS crew in there with them all. :smile27:

Good point Naj! I wonder how they worked it with the taxis this time? Should be interesting. I can't wait for the premiere!!

Good point Naj! I wonder how they worked it with the taxis this time? Should be interesting. I can't wait for the premiere!! Four family members to a team could be really confusing. Maybe this will change the dynamics of the challenges as well. Should be interesting! :smile49: At least I'm hoping it makes for good viewing. :smile21: ~Naj

Yeah, I'm always a little nervous when they tweak with a successful formula. I trust the producers, though. They seem to keep the show going in the right direction. I'll be watching either way, I'm such a sucker for this show!

Oh Gee! What are the chances of them rerunning this two hour premiere. I missed the first 45 minutes. But I think I've seen enough to get to know the players. Does anyone know if they are only traveling in the USA? It wasn't too bad. It puts a whole other spin on things but I do hope that they go back to adults. ~Naj

I think it's a nice change of pace, but I woudn't want them to always do the show this way. I like the family dynamics, though. I've heard that they aren't traveling as far or to as many places, but I was under the impression that they were going to some other countries. I hope so!

I was wondering if they might limit it since there are young children like maybe to Canada and Hawaii? ;D Of course, I have no clue. I felt bad for the first losers. What a shame but someone had to be eliminated. The Amish buggy pull was very hard. I didn't realize it was 1 1/2 miles. That was too much. Looks like next week is Gettysburg. ;D

I didn't realize that it was 1 1/2 miles at first either. I couldn't believe it when they had to turn around and go back! Way too long. I wonder if all the challenges are going to be more difficult like that since there are more people to do them? I did read a little while back that the teams wouldn't be traveling as much this season, but to compensate they increased the difficulty level of the challenges. I guess this is the case. I know a lot of people are upset about USA-heavy travel so far, but I kind of like it. I certainly wouldn't want it to be this way with future editions, but it's nice to see the USA more extensively. Like I said above, I'm liking the change of pace, but I want it to go back to the original format for the next edition.

So far, all of their running is in my neck of the woods.. Seems to be having in it the East and in Penns. area within the amish area. I am kind of concerned tho with the families that have little kids Most of the families have teenagers and older, but little kids? I think it's a difficult task for them to do some of things; plus more work for the parents I'm so so about this episode, doesn't have the same feeling as previous episodes I guess I'm just so worried about little children getting hurt in participating in hard tasks. I can't wait til they get back to couples and they can travel around the world.

I am following a local waste facilty proposal so I was reviewing the borough meeting which took over 2 hours on tv and I decided it was more important than see TAR this week. I do think I will be happy when they go back to 2/team. I don't know if Phil is going to be doing this shows much longer. Have you heard anything. Probst is commited for only 12 Survivor seasons. Not sure about Phil. ~Naj

I haven't heard anything about Phil. I love him, so I would be bummed if he left.
I can't believe the reflecting pool thing tripped up so many teams the other night! They were so confused! I grew up in the North and all my family still lives there, so it's funny to see these teams struggle with areas that I'm familar with! I like the different pace of this show, but I like the 2 person teams better. It's fine to have something like this every now and then as long as it doesn't become the norm (and I don't think it will).

Well it's happened. Three episodes of TAR and I've only barley seen one. The family thing isn't enticing to me. I competely missed the show last night. But if they do continue next season back to the couples, I will watch it then. ~Naj
