QEFTSG and QAF are both one of my favorite (not crime) tv shows. ;D
What do you think of the show???

I'm really suprised that noone is posting anything about the show.
What do you think about the series?
Do you have a favorite character and/or actor???

I've never been drawn to that show for some reason. I'm more into Survivor and the Amazing Race as reality shows. I don't think I even get the channel. Another reason might be that I see makeovers done all the time on the "Early Show". Makeovers are all over the talk show circuits and I tape some of those like "Live with Regis and Kelley".

Well, first of all "Queer As Folk" isn't really a reality show. It's a tv series comparable to "FRIENDS" or "Sex And The City". The only difference is that the main characters are all gay.
In Germany, the show doesn't air either. I had to buy the DVDs which wasn't that easy either cause German shops and german amazon doesn't sell them. Maybe there isn't enough demand. Well, I have to say the show is really great. There are some funny moments and some not to funny or dramatic moments.

Here are a few group shots. By the way, not all actors actually are gay. It must be kind of weird to play a gay character convincingly (close ups of the sex scenes, etc) when you are straight and the partner you are doing to scene with is gay!!! ;D

I think this show was on HBO like "Sex in the City" and some others. I don't get that channel.

I was confusing this with "Queer Eye For the Straight Guy". But now I'm remembering. It's nice to find a show that you enjoy so much.

I watch a lot of Discovery Channel! lol!

Well, Discovery Channel shows are quite informative!!! ;D

In the US, "Queer As Folk" is shown on Showtime. It's a channel for which you have to pay extra money. So that's probably the reason you haven't had the chance to watch it yet.

I got to watch the last episode of season one by chance and that's when I got hooked. It was such a cliffhanger!!! WOW!!! ;D
And the funny thing is that I love all the male characters of the show. I usually only love the one or the other guy. But in this show, I love all of them equally.
