Well Philadelphia Eagles won. I'd love to see Pittsburgh win it and have two teams from the same state play for the Super Bowl! ;D

I can't believe the Steelers went all season with one loss and then last week faltered a little but still won and then just fell apart last night. :rant:
I don't care too much for the final two. Oh well. :sandbox: There's always next year. :yep:

I don't follow NFL as closely as I follow College football, but I have been paying attention lately b/c the Atlanta Falcons played for the division title yesterday (I'm not a fan, but you really can't escape the constant news reports and updates on the local news here). Having watched the NFL casually over the course of the season, it seems to me that the two best teams made it to the Super Bowl. New England is just a powerhouse. They are consistent and well-balanced. Philly has had a banner year thanks to T.O. I've been impressed with their strength even without him thanks to the steady leadership of Donovan McNabb. I'm hoping T.O. will be back for the Super Bowl b/c I think it will be a nice match-up. I'll be rooting for Philly b/c New England has won too much. In a year that saw the Redsocks grab the MLB Championship and Phil Mickelson finally win a major, it would be nice to see the Eagles win the Super Bowl in their first appearance since 1980.

I have to disagree with you TVFan on New England. Their record is much less than Pittsburgh. Pittsburgh played like a power house until their final two games. I don't know what happened. They had only one loss the entire season.  I found the Philadelphia game totally boring. There's no spark there. I guess it all comes down to who exictes you to see playing? :dunno: Enjoy the Super Bowl all New England Patriot Fans!!!!  ~Naj |

I'm rooting on the Denver Broncos. LOL!! Just joking. I was hoping Pittsburgh was gonna be in it but I guess it wasn't their time. I don't care for either team that is in it but I hope it's a good game.
