Not sure if there are any fans of this show on this board but since it's my absolute favorite comedy, I decided to start a thread on it.
It premieres tonite at 7:30pm on Fox. Strange time but at least I'll get to watch it and then watch Cold Case right after, at least when football doesn't run over.

I've watched "Malcolm in the Middle" and I always thought that it was a pretty good show. I have to say that Hal is my favorite character on that show. I just think he is so funny and such a darling. I won't even try spelling her name but Jane K is a great actress. I think she should've won an Emmy by now.
I don't get to watch it that much but when I can I do. Tonight was a pretty good night for me...I hated the fact that "Cold Case" was not gonna start on time but it did give me the chance to see "The Simpsons Treehouse of Horror XV". I love watching that.

I thought the season premiere was the best in years. There were many laugh out moments, mostly from Lois and Reese and one unbelievably funny scene with Hal in the Army recruiters office.
I loved the end scene. It was sweet and sad all at once and yet I had a smile on my face at the same time. Not and easy task but MITM pulled it off. I think Season 6 will be the best since Season 2.

I have to give CBS credit for still airing Cold Case in its entirety when football runs over. Not Fox though. Malcolm in the Middle is supposed to be on at 7:30 EST Sundays on FOX but for the past two episodes, football has run over and Malcolm is joined in progress with about 10 minutes or less left of the ep. This is very aggravating for a loyal fan like myself. I don't understand why FOX can't just air the show in its entirety when football is over like CBS does with CC or just not show the ep at all and reschedule it to another time during the following week. It is pointless to show less than half an ep. And since football will be going strong until February and Malcolm is scheduled to reamin in the same timeslot thru January, I don't see this problem going away.

I know this thread has been dead for some time but I thought I would say a few things about this show.
Lately, I have been watching a lot of MITM reruns on my local network and I have to say this show is one of the best out there and it's a shame that it doesn't get recognized more often. Before it was hard to watch it because of my work schedule but now I can watch it with no problem and I'm loving it.
I've always said that my favorite character on the show was Hal but I will have to add Reese to that list. Those two characters just make me laugh my *** off.
I'm gonna hate it when this show is over because it's a nice, quirky show that has a lot of humor in it. Plus, those young boys really have grown up haven't they? I can't believe Frankie M is 19 yrs old. I don't know how old the others are but they are all still cute and adorable.
I don't know if this show is on DVD yet but hopefully it'll be on DVD soon if not.
