I've tried to catch most new shows this fall. I've seen probably 70% of them and my favorites are, in order:
1. Lost - Most consistently engrossing show I've seen in years.
2. Jack and Bobby - Excellent acting, especially from Logan Lerman and Christine Lahti and emotion filled writing from the team who brought us Everwood- Hopefully the move to Wednesdays will attract more viewers.
3. Desperate Housewives - Best cast and most laugh out loud lines. That's enough for me.
4. Clubhouse - Really sweet show with a main character who is a teenager and is actually played by a teenager. A rarity. I have a feeling it won't make it though. I don't think CBS is really behind it but I hope I'm wrong. And it's about baseball, my favorite sport.
I don't care for any of the new reality shows. Hope we're going to get back to scripted shows from now on. Also, none of the sitcoms seemed funny to me this season so I tuned out after 1 or 2 eps.

I would have to say the show that I have been most impressed with is "Lost". The show is just very intriguing and it really makes you pay close attention to the characters and the surroundings. I tried watching "CSI-NY" but I wasn't impressed with it but that might be because they are pushing "CSI" a little too much. I haven't seen any other dramas so I can't comment on them. As for the sitcoms, well I haven't seen a single one that has made me laugh. I tried watching "Rodney" and "Joey" and I couldn't even watch 'em all the way through. I thought that they were just sooooo bad. They weren't funny and there seemed to be no chemistry between the actors. Well that is my two cents. Tracylynn (formerly 25or6to4)

Desperate Housewives- It's just so funny.
Jack & Bobby- It's like The West Wing and Everwood and I love both those shows.
Joey- It's not as good as FRIENDS but it will do.

I've only seen a few of the new shows. Here's what I've seen: 1. Lost 2. Medical Investigation 3. Joey 4. Father of the Pride 5. CSI: NY Out of those, the only ones I still consistantly watch are Lost, Medical Investigation, and CSI: NY. Lost is just so engrossing and character driven. It's original, and each episode never fails to surprise me. Medical Investigation seems to be getting better as its season progresses. I thought it was okay in the beginning, but stuck with it. It's an interesting show and a different take on the cop and medical shows. CSI: NY has good weeks and bad weeks. I think the show would be better if it worked a little harder to seperate itself from its predicessors. If not, it's simply going to be swallowed up by the franchise. Joey is marginally funny, but nothing spectacular. If I'm home and it's on, I'll usually tune in while I'm cleaning the kitchen. Father of the Pride has funny moments. It hasn't lived up to the promise of Shrek, but it's good for a few laughs when I'm home. Overall, a not-so-hot fall season for me. Other than Lost, there hasn't been anything worth appointment viewing for me like last season's new crop. We got Cold Case and Joan of Arcadia. I keep hearing great things about Desperate Housewives, but the football problem with CC makes it impossible to watch a 9pm show.

As far as new shows go, I really love Desperate Housewives and Boston Legal. Lost and Joey I like, but could do without. CSI NY just bombed with me and I ended up giving it up. May I just say there are far too many good shows on Sunday? I have to download everything, so on Sunday alone I have to get Cold Case, Desperate Housewives, Law and Order CI, and Boston Legal.

I'm currently in love with Desperate Housewives and Veronica Mars.
Watched an episode of Kevin Hill but really couldn't get into it.
Don't get me started on CSI: NY.
