Anyone seen Jack and Bobby yet? I find it fascinating and entertaining; the way is flashes forward to 2049 at intervals is a creative concept.
I've read some people wish they would cut out the future scenes but I feel those scenes put into perspective what is happening in the present day with Jack, Bobby and Grace. This makes the show really stand out from all the other dramas on TV.
Matt Long and Logan Lerman, who play Jack and Bobby, respectively, really have a great rapport with each other and I have no problem believing they could be brothers. Christine Lahti really gets to shine in the well written role of their tough and dominering, yet loving mother, Grace.
Check it out.

I've been watching it. Partly because I love the west wing and everwood and i thought it might be a combo of both, which it is. i love christine lahti (sp?) and she reminds me soooo much of allison janney so much so that sometimes i forget what show im watching.

I think this one is one of the best shows that premiered this season.. Christine Lahti is doing an amazing job, she deserves am Emmy or a Golden Globe.

Christine Lahti really is amazing as Grace. She should be at the least be nominated for an Emmy ro a Golden Globe. This show takes the prize at making me teary eyed in nearly every episode. That is not an easy task and yet Jack and Bobby makes is seem effortless. The writing is involving and the performances are heartwrenching and funny. Now we just need to get the viewers to tune in. It's on hiatus for another 4 weeks or so but please check out the reruns, airing sporadically thru the holidays. Give this remarkable show a chance.

Sorry, but I'll have to oppose the Christine Lahti fan club. Since her inglorious end on "Chicago Hope" five years ago, she brings me to tears, too -- tears of pain. Over the top has become her lower-middle register. Never cared for ham salad as a dish or from performers.
Pretend I don't need to be hit over the head, dear.
