I just saw this movie yesterday. Let me give you all advice in case you're thinking about seeing it. If you're going to this movie, don't expect anything. If you're expecting a great summer drama, most likely, you'll be dissapointed. However, if you do go and you're NOT expecting a great movie, I think you might like it or at least find it somewhat enjoyable.

I went in expecting to see an average B movie, and thats what I got and in the end, I liked it.

I agree "Cellular won't win any awards but I found it to be an enjoyable 90 minutes with enough action sequences and comedic moments to keep me fully engrossed. My favorite actor is William H. Macy so I would have seen this movie regardless of the reviews, which have been failry positive, from what I've read.

Kim Basinger keeps getting better and better with each new role she takes on (see, "The Door in the Floor") and Chris Evans is totally believable as the surfer guy turned save the day action hero. William H. Macy is also very good and funny, fleshing out what could have been a one dimensional chatacter.
