Has anyone here ever seen the show "MXC" on the Spike network? A guy at work got me hooked on that show and I love it! It's hard to explain but the Spike network took a Japanese show called "Takeshi Castle" and added American voice overs that are funny. The events that these folks do just amazes me. Maybe one day they'll make an American version of it and it'll be a big hit.

LOL I've actually seen this show. I don't watch it all the time but sometimes I'll be channel surfing and come across it so I'll watch. I have to say the show is hysterical. Some of the stuff they say cracks me up so bad

They do say some really silly things and some of those events that the contestants do are crazy. I know I wouldn't make it pass the first round.

I would have to say that my favorite events are "floaters and sinkers" and the one where they are on a rope and they have to make themselves stick to a wall.
Have you seen the one where it's like a pinball machine? Oh my! The contestant is curled up and place in a ball (ex: hamster ball) and they are pushed down a hill that is designed like a pinball machine. There is no way I could ever do that.

This show is hilarious. I think the voice-overs are sooo funny. My fav. event so far is the log-thing. (Lol i havent been watching that long) the one with the rotating logs, like 5 in a row? My uncle TiVo'ed it once and we rewatched one girl wipe out and hit her head over and over. Mean, i know, but funny. ;D

I can't believe I forgot about the logs! That event and the floaters and sinkers event are the two events where folks can really hurt themselves. I also like the one where they are running across dominoes and the one where they are in a big bowl going down a hill, now that in itself looks like fun.
What amazes me about these contestants is that whenever one fails they never have a look of being really ticked off. They look like they are either laughing or smiling. These folks are doing these crazy things and having a good time.

LOL omg I love the pole one. Where they have to try to get to this little island. Or the one where they try to stick to the wall. I love them all really. Whatever one they can make a butt out of themselves the most I love it lol

Oh, I love how some of those contestants dress up.
The event called "Brass Balls" is a good one. I don't know if I could walk across a narrow bridge while getting hit by balls. I love it when they get hit in the head by a ball and fall off the bridge. That sounds mean but it's funny.
The Spike Network isn't showing "MXC" this week because they are doing a "CSI" marathon. Its' disappointing but at least I'm getting a little caught up on "CSI".
