Did anyone catch the premiere last Wednesday? It's a pretty gripping show. It was interesting to see Nicki Aycox play a role that's very different from Christina. I'm hoping her character has a bit more screen time in the coming episodes. Anyone see it?

[I'm going to warn you that I'm not very military savy, so please excuse my poor description]
She's a Private in the Army, and she's scared out of her mind. It's to the point where she caused more harm than good in the opening episode. I don't know if the character (Mrs. B, as she called) is going to be able to stick it out, I guess we'll see.

TVFan--was it the CHARACTER who was scared out of her mind and caused more harm than good or the actress? Sorry ;D. I'm a little thick. But I really am curious, because Nicky Aicox struck me as a pretty good actress so I'd be surprised if her performance were bad.

Sorry disasterfreak. It was the character, not Nicki. In fact, Nicki is doing a very nice job. She wasn't really in last night's intense episode, but it looks like she'll be in it more next week.
As a side note, frequent Cold Case director Nelson McCormick ("Lovers Lane" "The Woods") directed last night's episode. I also noticed that he is (I believe) a supervising producer for the series.
