Yea, she's gone. Just a bunch of hot air for nothing. She is unlikable for some reason. She was in Thailand as well. But she made it the furtherest from her original tribe this time. So now there are 4 people on the jury that Rob lied too. ~Naj

I was kind of hoping that Shi-Ann would have won the immunity just to make things interestings. Of course then we would have missed Big Tom's victory dance. Nest episode should be interesting. I agree with Shi-Ann, Amber may be the one to watch. As the others succumb to paranoia, Amber will quietly move right up the middle. P.S. I like that new dancing emoticon. Go Calgary Flames!!!!!!!

Major Spoilers For Survivor Finale!
If you want to read this then highlight the text.
********************************************
Tattered friendships will be the theme of an emotionally charged final Tribal Council and the live reunion show promises 'Survivor All Stars' host Jeff Probst.
"The end is pretty personal. I mean, it is probably the most honest and emotional final Tribal Council that we've had since the very first season because they were friends and there were a lot of hurt feelings when this thing was over," Probst told Jam! Showbiz on Tuesday.
During the live reunion show which will air after the two-hour finale on CBS Sunday night, Probst also revealed that there is a major surprise awaiting viewers.
"There is a pretty good reveal on the live show," said Probst. "We are going to share something on that show that I think is certainly significant, completely unexpected and will definitely have people talking."
It has been rumoured even before the 'All Stars' season began that 'Boston' Rob Mariano - the scheming construction foreman - and his "love interest" on the series - Amber Brkich - would emerge as the final two players. Recently though, Internet gossip suggests that scenario might not be so, that Amber might turn on Rob and take Jenna Lewis with her into the finals.
Though Probst readily admits that he is secretly pulling for 'Boston' Rob to win, he is convinced Amber played a very clever and careful game.
"She was smart enough to let this guy, whose personality was so out front, to take the bullets," said Probst.
He suggested that despite what viewers may see on television, Amber probably had a more active role in the scheming than is portrayed.
"Rob would take a lot of heat and Amber would be the 'good cop' and come in and say...I hope that everyone is okay," he observed. "If Rob really has fallen in love with this girl that's when guys start making fatal mistakes."
During the filming of the series, 'Boston' Rob stunned Probst by being able to take on the leadership role and avoid being targeted by the other players. Probst chalks that up to maybe the other players believing that their alliance with Rob would take them to the end.
"Some people don't like 'Boston Rob' as much as I do because they are pulling for the underdog and they don't see him as the underdog," said Probst. "Well, I see him as the absolute underdog. This is the blue-collar dude from Boston saying...Gimme a shot. He has three gold chains around his neck. He goes out and finds the cutest girl on the island, tucks her under his arm, builds a shelter for her and then starts annihilating the enemy saying...Stick with me. We will go all the way. That is romantic and that kicks ass. In the jungle, man, that's how it should be."
As far as the other 'All Star' players go, Probst was impressed with Shii Ann's ability to keep herself in the game even though she was an "outsider" the entire time.
"Shii Ann is the type of player we like because she mixes it up and mixes it up," said Probst.
On the opposite side of the spectrum, Probst was disappointed with Rob Cesternino who he believes came into the game "unprepared" and didn't play aggressively as he should have. To Probst, the popular Rupert Boneham looks like he might be in danger too.
"I hate to say it but I worry about Rupert because either he is playing a really cagey game - even cagier than Big Tom - or he's unaware of how dicey the game is getting at this point", said Probst insisting that it might take someone like his "cut-throat" alliance partner Jenna Lewis to wake him up and get him fired up for the last phase.
Though Probst enjoyed filming the series, if it was up to him though there wouldn't be another 'All Stars' edition.
"All Star was a fun experiment. I would vote to never do it again if I had any say because I think the game is better played by strangers," he said.
To Probst, the benefit to having an 'All Star' season was that the series had 18 of its "greatest characters" who always gave the producers "gold" as far as drama and hilarity goes. The problem Probst had with the concept is that viewers had already seen the players before. Their behaviour and antics were nothing new.
"I am ready for new people," said Probst about the ninth season which is slated to air this fall and be filmed this summer. "I think it is going to be a new type of game. I really have this weird feeling that after watching the All Stars play it that maybe we will get back to a unique approach to the game rather the players trying to emulate people."
Probst fended off any suggestion that he and the other producers ever manipulate the outcome of the series.
"It is a show that is controlled by the participants in it. This isn't 'The Apprentice' where we can help keep someone in the show because Donald Trump is making the call. The participants themselves make the call. We are always at the mercy of our own show. We don't control it. We literally turn this show over and the $20 million dollar budget to 16 people we don't know and we cross our fingers."
With Probst signed on for four more seasons and senior producer/creator Mark Burnett in for at least two more, Probst sees 'Survivor' as a true mainstay of reality show television.
"I honestly think we can play this game a long, long time," said Probst.
The second-to-last 'Survivor All Stars' episode airs this Thursday night during which the final four players will be determined. On Sunday night, the two-hour season finale airs. As per usual, the finale will be followed by a live reunion show hosted by Probst.

Got this from TVGuide.com:
"SURVIVOR MAKEOVER: Word has it that Survivor madwoman Susan Hawk will be virtually unrecognizable (read: kinda-sorta hot) at Sunday's All-Stars reunion show. Shortly after her run-in with Richard Hatch's genitalia, the 42-year-old truck driver underwent an extreme makeover, including a breast enlargement, eye lift, facial peel, tummy tuck and a chip reduction on her shoulder. Her Swan-like transformation will be chronicled on Extra in a multipart series beginning tonight."
Naj - Wonder if this could possibly be the surprise?? I'm curious to see what happens.
I think Boston Rob will go to the final 2, but I just can't see the jury voting for him. But, I guess you never know.

heh heh! This better be a good ending, Eurache. I wonder if the show will get a good showing. I heard Friends had 51 million viewers. I doubt Survivor wll get that but they do say this seasons is the most popular since S2 The Outback. Who do you pick to win it all? I'm going with either Jenna or Amber! I say Amber gets immunity and gets to chose who she takes to the finals. ~Naj

Hey Naj ;D well..here is my synopsis of what I think will happen I mentioned this in the other board to answer your questions.. I think that at some point Rob might get dumped and it might be Jenna and Amber for the final. Possibly Amber might win b/c she had not screwed anyone, she let Rob do it She has not said anything, that I recalled, against anyone So she might be the one.. and the surprise ending I think, is she and Rob got married or intend to I'm still hoping Rupert hangs in there tho Mind you I could be wrong!!

Okay, I could be wrong and turn out to look like a total yahoo, but here goes. Amber is gonna take it all, I know they stay together ('cause I saw them recently in People magazine), but Rob has to settle for third place. If Jenna or Rob wins, so help me Buddha, I will spit nails!! I secretly hope Rupert wins, but I don't see the jury looking at him as "the ultimate Survivor and mastermind".

Hi Eurache! ;D
Hi krispy,
I'd be so happy if Rob didn't make the final 2.
What would really be a stab is if Rob and Jeanna or Rob and Rupert made it to the final two and Rob got zero votes!

I was really surprised that Amber and Rob got engaged! I really didn't see it coming until Rob said that there was something he needed to tell Amber. After that, it didn't really matter who won the million. Naj - I was surprised too at how personal everyone took the game. It seems like they should have been more aware since they had played it before, and they had an opportunity to see their competitors play the game before. I'm still confused over the whole Jerry thing. What was her deal? Was she just upset because she felt exploited again? If I remember correctly, she used the show the first time around to land some acting and/or modeling gigs. And then, she got mad because the audience booed her, but she wasn't the only one they booed. I was just confused.

Here's the deal with Jerri. She didn't get to finish the point she was making for getting booed.
****this show for entertainment comes at a price and the cost is friendship and feelings. If Rob and Amber are truly in love then something good came out of it all***
Jerri didn't get to finish the statement last night it it upset her---so that's why she left the show.

Does anyone know what these shares calculate to in total viewership? tv.zap2it.com/tveditorial/tve_main/1,1002,272_617|88043|1|,00.html Fast National ratings for Sunday, May 9, 2004. Amber Brkich was Sunday night's big individual winner, pocketing the million dollars as the champion of "Survivor: All-Stars" as well as a marriage proposal from alliance-mate Rob Mariano. Amber's emotional triumph helped push CBS to a comfortable pair of wins on Sunday. Meanwhile, "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone" gave ABC a solid evening performance. Overall, CBS averaged an 11.6/20 for the night, well ahead of second place ABC's 6.5/11. NBC was third with a 6.5/11, followed by FOX's 3.4/6 and The WB's 1.4/2. Among adults 18-49, CBS earned a strong 8.1 rating to hold onto the coveted demographic. ABC was second again with a 3.8 rating, well ahead of NBC's 2.6 and the 2.5 for FOX. The WB trailed with a 0.9 rating. CBS swept the night, beginning at 7 p.m. with the 7.5/16 for "60 Minutes." ABC was second with the 5.6/12 first hour for "Harry Potter." NBC took third with "Dateline," topping FOX's 2.6/6 average for two episodes of "King of the Hill." The WB was fifth with "High School Reunion." The beginning of the "Survivor" finale gave CBS a 12.2/21 for the 8 p.m. win. ABC's movie held onto second as hour two of NBC's Dateline" was third with a 5.2/9. FOX took fourth with the 4.1/7 average for two episodes of "The Simpsons." The WB get a 2.0/3 out of "Charmed" for fifth. At 9 p.m., the second hour of "Survivor: All-Stars" earned a 13.4/21 for CBS. On ABC, "Harry Potter" was up to a 7.3/12 for the hour. NBC also had a 7.3/12 for "Law & Order: Criminal Intent," better than the numbers for FOX's episodes of "Malcolm in the Middle" and The WB's second hour of "Charmed." The conclusion of "All-Stars" and the reunion show gave CBS a 13.5/22 for the night's final hour. NBC was in second with the 8.1/13 for "Crossing Jordan." The final hour of "Harry Potter" was third for ABC. ~Naj

Thanks Naj! You're right, she was cut off by the audience. I wish they had given her a chance to finish b/c she never even got to make her point. I wasn't even sure why the audience was booing her to be honest. About the ratings, I have been wondering that too. I thought it was total viewer/share, but it doesn't add up right when the final numbers come in. I checked with fiance (he work in local news), and he says that the first number is the percentage of people with televisions in their house who were watching the given program. The second number is the percentage of people who had their televisions on and were watching that program. For instance last night, 11.6% of people with tvs were watching CBS, 20% of people who were actually watching tv were watching CBS. Does that make any sense?

Wow, was last night emotional! First amber and rob get engaged (and my mom didnt believe me when i said they would... ;D) Jerri walks out (good, she was calling the game "just entertainment"), Jenna Lewis got married, Shii Ann gets a car ( still on the fence about that one... ), Lex makes that BIG speech at tribal, kathy cries, shii ann makes an accurate comment, the give another person a chance to win a million dollars (which, in my opinion, should go to rob, even though amber won the million, he played the game the best ;D) and i think that's it. oh, and big tom's little ruction with boston rob there... wow that was a lot to type...
