Hi, It's me again... :] Sorry, I am asking too much It's OK. If you have questions then please do ask. That is something added by a board Admin, users can't do it. I think Naj or Eurache made me a "hot dude" several years ago I'm sure we can come up with something for you. Do you have a suggestion? Just like you do in a posting on the board. You need to use the [ img]file[ /img] type codes.

Thanks Riche... I know I dont have a high ranking or something but believe me, I Am a real Cold Case fan... I've seen I am one of the few Latin American Fans here so a suggestion would be: Latin American Fan(In green letters if possible) ;]

folks, I hate to spoil your conversation but this thread is for questions not continued chit chat. Maybe take it to private message? Or sign up for Live Chat and go to the chat room? Thanks.

I have a question!
How does someone get a "warning level" or "banned"? Because I noticed that one of the longterm posters here (I haven't visited in a while) has been banned, but I clicked on that person and I didn't see any posts of an inappropriate manner. Not questioning your judgement, mods, just wondered!

Not questioning your judgement, mods, just wondered! Hello Bee, I am not the acting Administrator, currently, of Look Again but I do own the forum and I wish to respond to your inquiry as you are a long time member. Trublu will respond accordingly. When I ran Look Again for 5-6 years, my style of administration was to allow some offending posts to be left in full view on the forum so that everyone could see what happened and the moderator/administrator's intervention response as a learning tool for the members. For the most part that worked. But in some very miniscule cases it simply hasn't served the purpose. So, maybe, it's a matter of Administrator style and very possibly a way to keep a forum running more smoothly and in compliance with ProBoard's. Trublu is doing an excellent job of bringing this forum back to what she is about: That is: discussing the series and being in an atmosphere that promotes lively, respectful and courteous conversation.
Thank you for your inquiry, Bee. Nice to see you back! Season 7 Look Again Staff

Not questioning your judgement, mods, just wondered! Hi Bee, Since I've been administrator, I've set up a protocol for how we handle issues that arise. Said protocol is the same no matter if the member has posted a lot, or posts a little. That protocol includes discussion among the staff members about appropriate consequences for actions that break our rules (which are linked around the forum), and also we remove the offending posts. Reason being is that they aren't conducive to a productive forum environment, hence why they are against the rules in the first place. We do keep them as "evidence" of sorts, just in case a member escalates. When a person is breaking our rules, they are contacted extensively before they are warned, and still more before banning ever occurs, and banning is for extreme cases only, where the member is destructive to the community.
