Mood: Buzzing a bit from the cheap boxed wine. (What else?) Doing: Catching up with this board! Thinking: Wow! Premium Soy Sauce actually is intense with flavor!  (During the Olympics, I read a web article about how "Chinese" food in the US isn't always really Chinese, such as Egg Rolls that CBL mentioned a while back. Well, soy sauce in the US tends to be made more out of wheat, rather than soy beans; so I looked for and bought a premium soy sauce that was made primarily from soy. Dayum! This stuff is almost as good as Marmite!! ;D )
