Nope. There never was a 4th season. The one that you see on Youtube was just a "test pilot" that Rob Thomas made for CW to make the decision if they were going to keep the show on or not and if they were to keep the show, were they going to do the whole fast forward 4 years thing into the FBI or have her stay in the college years.
