The Return of the King ~ Lord of the Rings I'm currently cleaning up my playlist of Lord of the Rings. I delete all the songs which are loud and not fun to listen when they're not in the movie. That way I only keep the nice ones  But there are a lot of songs, so a lot of work. And I know.. I should be making homework by now..  Edit (to not double post): Ohoh, this is so much fun! Check this: You've all probably already seen it, because it's the most brilliant parody of Lord of the Rings! I've seen this a long, long time ago. And once seen it; You can't see those parts of the movie normal ever again   |

I just found out today that "Black Betty" is a poem that was written in the 18th-19th century, and several bands have covered the poem. It's mostly done in a blues rock style.

'It's going to be a dark, dark, dark, dark night' by Hunters, Run! Really, the band has an explanation point in its name. The lead singer has a funky voice, sounds like he's pouring his heart into this song. Loving it.

What's neat about this remake is that the original creator of the song also appears in the video, and is one of the vocalists.
