Hi, just wanted to say hello to you all. I#m a big Cold Case fan, but here in Germany they just rerun the first season (in an confusing order by the way  ). I can't wait to watch the second season, especially because of Lil's sister!

@ V So you can watch the second season? ![:'(](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/cry.png) We here in Germany just can read the messages on the board. I think I have to wait at least let's say another week and a half, before I can see the pictures of mindhunters on cold case source 1. (I want to see Lil watching her Sis sleep! ![](http://henhaphe.notlong.com/) ) By the way: I was born near Berlin, but now I'm living near Cologne Excuse my bad English but I am to excited to write logical sentences at the moment. @ akaduck Isn't it confusing to live without the second season? ![:'(](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/cry.png) Do you come from Germany?

Hi Jannasam, yes I can watch the second season. I haven't seen any of the eps from 1st season (except for Disco Inferno), so I have to wait for reruns. I was actually born in Berlin! ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) Yeah, the final moments when Lilly sees her sister on the daybed, sits down, turns around to look at her and then lays down next to her to fall asleep were very tender. I was very moved.

How did it happen, that Chris was allowed to stay at Lil's house. Did they met and Lil offerde her to stay, or did Chris ask a second time? Pleeease details! I love this Lil - Chris storyline. What do you mean by saying, fall asleep next to her, is it the same bed or can Lil just see her. Sorry for asking you so many questions about this scene, but when I cannot watch a scene, it helps if I know every detail, so thanks! ![:-*](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/kiss.png)

Well, Lilly reconsidered letting her sister stay at her house because it is too dangerous for her sister to be out there. Lilly went to the bar where Chris worked. Chris asked her if she came here to drink or "b*tc*." Lilly told her to give her a Vodka and Orange Juice, but hold the Vodka. Chris said that she never took after her mother in that way. Lilly also asked Chris where she was staying these days and Chris told her that she was staying at the Y (the YWCA, I presume). Then Lilly laid some keys on the bar and told her that she had a daybed downstairs and that she might have to fight the cats over it. :)Then they briefly talked about what had changed Lilly's mind (i.e., it's dangerous out there).
So, in the closing scene (with a great Phil Collins song playing in the background), Lilly sees her sister sleeping on the day bed, with both cats on it. Then you see Lilly sit on the bed and turn around to briefly look at Chris. Lilly then lays down next to her, facing the other way, petting the orange kitty. I was assuming that Lilly laid down to fall asleep, since her eyes were looking sleepy.
Hope this helps. I understand about needing lots of details to visualize a scene. For me, this was the most moving scene in CC that I have seen. I, too, love the Lilly-Chris storyline. Plus I just love any scene where we see another side of Lilly.

Ok, I've watched both and thought they were both excellent. I enjoyed the flashback to the 60s in "A Time to Hate" and thought they did a great job in showing the problems that people had with being gay in those days. Still very relevant today.
"Fly Away" was great. Very emotional at the end. Tragic story. I liked seeing a bit of insight into Lilly's past and what drives her. I'm glad that she came around and was there for the mom at the end.

"Fly away" is one of my favorite ones. I just love this tragic story (as you mentioned, too) and Lil talking to Scotty. I love the song at the end of this episode. I have it on CD and I love listening it. I think that the end is really sad! Rosies story, the kids and then Lil watching her video and looking out of the window. I have not seen the whole episode "A time to hate", but "Kabel 1" is rerunning Cold Case at the moment and I hope, that they show it too, because at the moment i don't even know, which episodes they rerun and which not, the order is just to confusing! ![::)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/eyesroll.png)
